Declining Services Sample Clauses

Declining Services. We reserve the right to decline any request for work that we consider is contrary to our professional standards or that in our view may be harmful to your or our reputations. If you object to us declining any work under this clause we have the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.
Declining Services. You will develop and implement processes to ensure the immediate safety of persons and others who are not eligible for the Services or who are declined the Services. These processes will provide for: (a) sufficient preliminary assessment to ensure that the person is not eligible for the Services or does not require your Services or should be declined the Services; (b) advice to the person and/or their family/whanau of alternative services that are available and, if necessary, formal referral of the person to an alternative service; (c) documentation of the reasons for declination and informing us, if required; and (d) a documented process to manage any declinations.
Declining Services. (1) The Provider may decline to provide Services to a Service User on the basis of conscientious objection if permitted by the Code of Ethics. (2) The Provider must develop and implement processes to ensure the immediate safety of persons and others who are not eligible for the Services or who are declined Services, which must provide for: (a) sufficient preliminary assessment to determine whether the person is eligible for the Services, does not require Services, or should be declined the Services; (b) advice to the person or their family/whānau of alternative services that are available and, if necessary, formal referral of the person to an alternative service; (c) documenting the reasons for declining Services and informing the DHB, if required; and (d) otherwise managing the declining of Services.

These processes will provide for: (a) sufficient preliminary assessment to ensure that the person is not eligible for the Services or does not require your Services or should be declined the Services; (b) advice to the person and/or their family/whanau of alternative services that are available and, if necessary, formal referral of the person to an alternative service; (c) documentation of the reasons for declination and informing us, if required; and (d) a documented process to manage any declinations. For the avoidance of doubt, the only circumstances under which you may decline to provide the Services are if: (e) a person is not an Eligible Person; (f) a person does not require Services; (g) a person requires services that you are not contracted to provide under clause C2 of Schedule C1; (h) you are contracted to provide Pharmacy Methadone Services for Opioid Dependence but providing those services to a particular person would cause you to exceed the maximum number of Service Users who may regularly access Pharmacy Methadone Services for Opioid Dependence from your Pharmacy, as agreed with us pursuant to clause 6.2(b) of the service specification for Pharmacy Methadone Services for Opioid Dependence; or (i) you have a conscientious objection to providing the Services, as set out in clause G7.4. Declining to provide Services in circumstances other than those specified in paragraphs (e) to (i) above will be a breach of the Agreement.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Dining Services The Contract is for a space in a University Housing & Dining Services (“UHDS”) facility and not for a particular room or type of housing. By signing this Contract, you agree to accept your residence assignment, and understand this assignment may change. Once you receive a key to your assigned residence or move personal belongings into your room (whichever comes first) you are considered to have taken occupancy (“Occupancy”) and will incur charges. You also agree to familiarize yourself and comply with all University policies governing occupancy, including those set forth in this Contract and in the UHDS publication Student Policy and Information Guide, to be considerate of other residents and to respect the rights of others at all times. The Student Policy and Information Guide may be found at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx/policy-guide, as well as in paper form when requested at the University Housing & Dining Services Administrative Offices.

  • Hosting Services NCR Voyix shall furnish facilities, equipment, computer programs and services, as specified from time to time by NCR Voyix, that NCR Voyix deems necessary for operation and maintenance of the System (collectively, the “Hosting Services”).

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. At the time of, or prior to, our recommendation to you we will discuss our on-going service proposition. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Education services 1.1 Catholic education is intrinsic to the mission of the Church. It is one means by which the Church fulfils its role in assisting people to discover and embrace the fullness of life in Xxxxxx. Catholic schools offer a broad, comprehensive curriculum imbued with an authentic Catholic understanding of Xxxxxx and his teaching, as well as a lived appreciation of membership of the Catholic Church. Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Offering Services The Manager shall manage and supervise: (i) the development of any offering of Shares that is qualified or registered with the Commission (an “Offering”), including the Company’s initial Offering pursuant to Regulation A, including the determination of the specific terms of the securities to be offered by the Company, preparation of all offering and related documents, and obtaining all required regulatory approvals of such documents; (ii) the preparation and approval of all marketing materials to be used by the Company or others relating to an Offering; (iii) the negotiation and coordination of the receipt, collection, processing, and acceptance of subscription agreements, commissions, and other administrative support functions; (iv) the creation and implementation of various technology and electronic communications related to an Offering; and (v) all other services related to an Offering.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB.
