DEFINITION AND POSTING. A vacancy is defined as any position which require new or addition personnel. The Association President will receive through electronic mail Notices of Vacancies as soon as they are prepared by the Human Resources Division. Notices of Vacancy shall be posted on bulletin boards at the Career and Technical Education Center in Albany, the Career and Technical Education Center in Schoharie, the Maywood School, the Special Education Administrative Office, the Educational Support Services Office, and the Administrative Office of the Northeastern Regional Information Center. No vacancy shall be filed before seven (7) calendar days after such formal notification. Any violations of this article may be a criterion for possible administrative discipline.
