Definition of Overtime. What constitutes overtime is determined by the workday and the workweek adopted by the District. For the purposes of computing the number of hours worked, time during which a unit member is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave, vacation, compensating time off, or other paid leave of absence shall be considered as time worked by the unit member.

Definition of Overtime. Definition of Overtime. What constitutes Overtime is defined as any hours of work which deviate from an employee's posted work schedule as described in Section 9.3 of this Agreement unless such deviation is voluntary on the part of the employee or is made necessary by required training activities as provided under Section 9.5 of this Agreement (Temporary Change in Shifts), in which case no overtime is determined by the workday and the workweek adopted by the District. For the purposes of computing the number of hours worked, time during which a unit member is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave, vacation, compensating time off, or other paid leave of absence shall be considered as time worked by the unit memberdeemed to have been worked.
