(i) A casual employee, as defined who has agreed to work a seven and one -half (7.5) hour shift or an eleven and one -quarter (11.25) hour shift and who works in Article or on a holiday or on a regular scheduled day offexcess of the agreed hours, shall be considered as overtimecompensated at the applicable overtime rate for the excess hours.
(ii) A casual employee who works in excess of seventy-five (75) hours in a pay period shall be compensated at the applicable overtime rate for excess hours.
