Definition of Paid Sick Leave. All District employees are entitled to accrue, or to be granted, paid sick leave as described in Section 12.2, below. District employees may take paid sick leave for the diagnosis, care, or treatment of an existing health condition of, or preventative care for, an employee or an employee’s family member, or for any other reason required by law. For purposes of this Section, “family member” is defined as: child, parent, spouse or registered domestic partner, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild.

  • Definition of Sick Leave Sick leave means the period of time an Employee is absent from work because of disability due to illness or injury not covered by Workers’ Compensation.

The Providing Unit must be exporting Active Power to the Power System and must remain connected to the Power System for at least 15 minutes following the Fault Disturbance.
