Definition of Regular Employees. (a) A regular full-time employee is one who is appointed to a regularly scheduled position and is regularly scheduled to work seven and one-half hours up to 12 hours per day, depending on the employee’s shift rotation, and an average of 36 hours per week, exclusive of unpaid meal breaks.
