Definition of Shift Work. In recognition of the undesirable features of shift work, shift premiums shall apply on all shifts in which any hours are worked between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The shift premiums shall apply in calculating vacation pay.

Definition of Shift Work. Shift work shall be defined as an employee's regular daily hours of work scheduled between and a.m.
Definition of Shift Work. For the purpose of the additional week annual leave provided for in S.87(1)(b) of the Fair Work Act 2009, a shift worker is a seven-day shift worker who is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays Afternoon Shift - any rostered shift finishing after 7:00 pm and at or before midnight Night Shift – any rostered shift finishing after midnight and at or before 6.00am An afternoon or night shift may be extended beyond the finishing times (as described above) in order to finish a task. In such circumstances, any additional hours would be paid as overtime and would be subject to consent by employees in accordance with reasonable over time requirements.
Definition of Shift Work. Within this Clause: • afternoon shift means a shift commencing not later than 6.00 pm on any day; and • night shift means a shift commencing at any time after 6.00 pm on any day.

Any obligation, agreement or undertaking to issue warrants, options, or other subscription or purchase rights at any time in the future shall be deemed to be an issuance at the time such obligation, agreement or undertaking is made or arises. No adjustment of the Purchase Price and the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant shall be made under Section 5.1 upon the issuance of any shares of Common Stock which are issued pursuant to the exercise of any warrants, options or other subscription or purchase rights or pursuant to the exercise of any conversion or exchange rights in any convertible securities if any adjustment shall previously have been made upon the issuance of any such warrants, options or other rights or upon the issuance of any convertible securities (or upon the issuance of any warrants, options or any rights therefor) as above provided. Any adjustment of the Purchase Price and the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of this Warrant with respect to this Section 5.2 which relates to warrants, options or other subscription or purchase rights with respect to shares of Common Stock shall be disregarded if, as, and to the extent that such warrants, options or other subscription or purchase rights expire or are canceled without being exercised, so that the Purchase Price effective immediately upon such cancellation or expiration shall be equal to the Purchase Price that otherwise would have been in effect at the time of the issuance of the expired or canceled warrants, options or other subscriptions or purchase rights, with such additional adjustments as would have been made to that Purchase Price had the expired or cancelled warrants, options or other subscriptions or purchase rights not been issued. For purposes of this Section 5.2, the "Net Consideration Per Share" which may be received by the Company shall be determined as follows:
