Degree award. Graduating from the Global-MINDS Master Degree Programme will lead to a joint degree awarded by the Partner Universities which is an internationally recognized Master-level qualification issued jointly by all institutions where the student has successfully passed a minimum of 30 ECTS (the required minimum may vary depending on the specific institution) and, if formally required, the institution to which one of the Student’s master thesis supervisors is affiliated. The Student will be issued a diploma supplement to accompany the degree awarded that includes reference to the joint nature of Global-MINDS, the Programme structure and content, mobility and mark scheme. This diploma supplement is designed to enhance recognition and understanding of the degree award among employers, universities and other interested organizations. The Partner Universities will convert marks between universities to the ECTS grading scale in accordance with the following scheme: A First Honours (A1, A2) A 5 (bardzo xxxxx) 18-20 AA (90-100) B Honours 2.1 (B1, B2) B 4.5 (xxxxx plus) 16-17 BA (85-89) C Honours 2.2 (B3, C1) C 4.0 (xxxxx) 14-15 BB (80-84) D Third Honours (C2, C3) D 3.5 (dostateczny plus) 12-13 CB (75-79) E Compensating Fail (D1, D2) E 3.0 (dostateczny) 10-11 CC (70-74) F Fail (F, NG – no grade) F 2 (niedostateczny) 1-9 DC (65-69) F DD (60-64) F FD (50-59) Independent of the diploma, the Student will receive a transcript of records covering all the courses they have validated within Global-MINDS. Degree award. The Student, upon successful completion of the academic programme, will be awarded one joint degree containing the logos and signatures of all partners. In addition, the Student will receive a common Diploma Supplement. This Diploma Supplement will identify the modules pursued by the Student during the Erasmus Mundus programme and the marks/grades obtained for each module.
Degree award. The Erasmus + Master Degree on Islands and Sustainability will be awarded as a double degree programme after two years on the completion of 120 EC in two of the Full Partner universities. The students must obtain 30 EC from each semester in which they study. Upon successful completion of the joint programme, students will receive a degree from the University of Groningen (with an acknowledgement that this is an ISLANDS programme) and a degree from the island-based Consortium Partner University where the student undertook the compulsory periods of mobility. In addition, on receipt of both diplomas, the University of Groningen will also issue a certificate stating that they have completed the double degree based on having completed the two constituent single degree programs (which will be named in this certificate). While the project develops, the Management Board will look into the possibility of setting up a Joint ISLANDS Master degree that would be issued on behalf of all Full Partners after completion of the ISLANDS programme.
Degree award. It is agreed that both HMU and uB will award a Master degree to the candidate if the candidate fully meets the degree award criteria of both universities. Vested Common Shares shall be issued in settlement of such Vested Performance Shares on the Settlement Date next following the Executive’s date of death.

  • Incentive Award The three (3) year rolling average of earnings growth and Return On Equity (the "XXX") and determined as of December 31 of each plan year shall determine the Director's Incentive Award Percentage, in accordance with the attached Schedule A. The chart on Schedule A is specifically subject to change annually at the sole discretion of the Company's Board of Directors. The Incentive Award is calculated annually by taking the Director's Annual Fees for the Plan Year in which the XXX and Earnings Growth was calculated times the Incentive Award Percentage.

  • Performance Awards With respect to any Performance Award, the length of any Performance Period, the Performance Goals to be achieved during the Performance Period, the other terms and conditions of such Award, and the measure of whether and to what degree such Performance Goals have been attained will be determined by the Board.

  • Performance Share Units The Committee may, in its discretion, grant to Executive performance share units subject to performance vesting conditions (collectively, the “Performance Units”), which shall be subject to restrictions on their sale as set forth in the Plan and an associated Performance Unit Grant Letter.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award The Grantee is hereby granted NUMBER OF SHARES restricted stock units (the "Restricted Stock Units"). Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive one share of the Company's Common Stock, $.001 par value (the "Stock"), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plan.

  • Award Criteria 40.1 The Procuring Entity shall award the Contract to the successful tenderer whose tender has been determined to be the Lowest Evaluated Tender in accordance with procedures in Section 3: Evaluation and Qualification Criteria.
