DELAYED RETURN. (i) In the event that the use of the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine in the normal course of the business of air transportation is prohibited on the last day of the Term or the date the Aircraft is required to be redelivered pursuant to Section 14 due to circumstances beyond the Lessee's or any sublessee's control, the Lessee shall not be required to return such Aircraft to the Lessor but may retain custody and control of the Aircraft for a period not in excess of 180 days beyond the last day of the Term or such date in order to attempt in a diligent manner to remedy any condition prohibiting such use or (ii) in connection with any sublease of the Aircraft by the Lessee permitted under the terms of this Lease, the Lessee may at its option, upon written notice to the Lessor given not less than 30 days prior to the last day of the Term or such date, extend this Lease for a period not in excess of 30 days beyond the last day of the Term in order to enable the Lessee to bring the Aircraft to the condition required under this Section 12 on its return to the Lessor; provided that in either case, the Lessee shall pay to the Lessor at monthly intervals the daily equivalent of the average annual Basic Rent payable during the Term (excluding the Interim Term) pursuant to the terms hereof for each day of such period.

DELAYED RETURN. The rental prices of the vehicles per day refer to a duration of 24 hours starting from the beginning of the rental time. The T.C.N will not charge you even if you delay the return of the vehicle one (1) hour after the pre-agreed rental period. If the vehicle is returned after this time and up to 6 hours later, within business hours, you will be charged an additional day. If the vehicle is not returned even six (6) hours after the pre-agreed rental end time and within business hours, then the Lessee from the sixth (6) hour of unjustified delay and thereafter, in addition to the daily rental, will be charged an additional 50% for every additional twelve (12) hours of unexcused delay.
DELAYED RETURN a) If it is impossible to return the yacht on time due to force majeure, it is returned as soon as possible thereafter and the conditions of this agreement shall remain effective for the duration of this delay. The charter time will be invoiced accordingly, but without penalty for the CHARTERER.
DELAYED RETURN. If Lessee fails to return the Aircraft on termination or expiration of the Term, Lessor shall be entitled to damages equal to the Daily Prorated Rent for the Aircraft. Such damages for retention of the Aircraft after termination or expiration of the Term shall not be interpreted as an extension or reinstatement of the Term.
