Deliverables and Due Dates. All work assignments will be made through specific Work Authorizations and will identify the schedule of deliverables. Typically, draft reports are due approximately six weeks after the initial site visit and final reports are due approximately two weeks after the draft reports. The CEC’s CAM will specify the number of required copies. Hardcopy and/or electronic copy on USB memory stick shall be requested. These copies shall be due to the CAM according to the work authorization schedule.

Deliverables and Due Dates. A communications strategy to inform teachers and administrators, teacher and administrator candidates, and not-for-profit colleges and universities about the opportunities to mitigate costs of licensure and assessments. TSPC must include a mechanism to reimburse teacher and administrator candidates for licensure and assessment costs already paid to TSPC by candidates who did not know about this program, retroactive to fees paid as early as July 1, 2020. DUE NOVEMBER 10, 2020. • A report (no more than 5 pages long) that outlines: (1) current practices and costs for licensure and assessment, (2) how these funds were used to offset the costs for licensure and assessment, and (3) criteria for using these funds to offset the costs for licensure and assessment. Emphasis should be placed on how TSPC used these funds to defray costs for racially, ethnically, and/or linguistically diverse educators. DUE JUNE 30, 2021.
