Department Heads. A. Teachers who serve as Department Heads for the areas of English, math, science, social studies and foreign language, for grades nine through twelve (9-12), shall receive the sums set forth below over and above their base salary for their services for the school year: Base stipend of $1,750 with $100 additional for each department member evaluated by the Department Head.
