Departmental Disclosure. Each of the Participants shall be free to disclose the terms of this Agreement to the Scottish Futures Trust and to Relevant Government Departments. 30FREEDOM OF INFORMATION hubco acknowledges that a Participant is subject to the requirements of the FOI(S)A and the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations and shall assist and cooperate with a Participant (at hubco's expense) to enable the Participant to comply with any Information disclosure requirements. In the event that an Information Request is received by hubco, hubco will transfer the Information Request to the Participant as soon as practicable after receipt and in any event within two (2) Business Days of receiving the request. In the event that an Information Request is received by a Participant in relation to Information that hubco is holding on its behalf and which the Participant does not hold itself the Participant shall refer to hubco such Information Request as soon as practicable and in any event within five (5) Business Days of receiving such Information Request and hubco shall: provide the Participant with a copy of all Information in its possession or power in the form that the Participant requires within five (5) Business Days (or such other period as the Participant may specify) of the Participant requesting that Information; and provide all necessary assistance as reasonably requested by the Participant to enable the Participant to respond to the Information Request within the time for compliance set out in section 10 of the FOI(S)A or regulation 5 of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations. Following notification under Clause 30.3, and up until such time as hubco has provided the Participant with all the Information specified in Clause 30.3 hubco may make representations to the Participant as to whether or not or on what basis Information requested should be disclosed, provided always that the Participant shall be responsible for determining at its absolute discretion: whether Information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOI(S)A or the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations; whether Information is to be disclosed in response to an Information Request, and in no event shall hubco respond directly to an Information Request unless expressly authorised to do so by the Participant. hubco shall ensure that all Information produced in the course of this Agreement or relating to this Agreement is retained for disclosure for as ...

  • PERSONNEL DISCLOSURE 22 26.1 CONTRACTOR shall make available to ADMINISTRATOR a current list of 23 all personnel providing services hereunder, including résumés and job 24 applications. Changes to the list will be immediately provided to 25 ADMINISTRATOR, in writing, along with a copy of a résumé and/or job 26 application. The list shall include:

  • Data Disclosure Under Minnesota Statute § 270C.65, Subdivision 3 and other applicable law, the Contractor consents to disclosure of its social security number, federal employer tax identification number, and/or Minnesota tax identification number, already provided to the State, to federal and state agencies and state personnel involved in the payment of state obligations. These identification numbers may be used in the enforcement of federal and state laws which could result in action requiring the Contractor to file state tax returns, pay delinquent state tax liabilities, if any, or pay other state liabilities.

The Company acknowledges and agrees that no Purchaser makes or has made any representations or warranties with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby other than those specifically set forth in Section 3.2 hereof.

  • Official Personnel File Only one (1) official personnel file shall be kept for each employee at the appropriate personnel office. Records of previous discipline not found in the official personnel file cannot be used against an employee in any future disciplinary proceeding. Grievances shall not be kept in the employee’s official personnel file. Employees shall be informed as to where their personnel file is maintained.
