Departmental Discretion. The Department may cancel the Agreement or change Student’s Space assignment in the interest of order, discipline, health, safety, security, maximum utilization of Department facilities and resources, and/or educational delivery, or for the Student’s failure to pay rent or charges in a timely manner.
