Bachelor’s. The maximum number of total credit hours recognized for additional salary payment above a Bachelor's degree shall not exceed 39; provided however, the last 3 credit hours must have been earned after the second semester of 2006-07 and are from a list of courses specifically approved by the Superintendent (or designee).
Bachelor’s. Teachers and certificated/licensed support employees who meet the following qualifications shall be placed on the bachelor’s column of the salary schedule:
(a) Teachers and certificated/licensed support employees with a bachelor’s degree qualifying for appropriate certification/licensure.
(b) Career-technical teachers who have not obtained a bachelor’s degree but who have the requisite number of years of work- related experience to qualify for a career-technical teaching certificate/license.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of related professional experience and appropriate certification to practice or licensure if available.

Bachelor’s. A teacher possessing a baccalaureate degree earned at an accredited college or university who has successfully met the preparation and eligibility requirements specified by the State Board of Education for entrance into a beginning education program.
Bachelor’s. Currently holds a Bachelor’s degree.
Bachelor’s. Degree plus 45 semester units, or Master's Degree, or Clear 8.1
Bachelor’s each employee who has been awarded a bachelor’s degree, from an accredited institution of higher learning shall be paid $2,000 above the employee’s base rate of pay each year (equal to $76.92 per biweekly pay period). This pay is considered creditable compensation for the purpose of calculating retirement benefits. To receive pay for degrees held, an employee must submit a memorandum to the Chief of Police or designee, which shall include the name of their accredited college or university, their graduation date, and an official transcript. After completion of these requirements, the amount of EIP premium pay for the applicable degree already held shall be permanent and the biweekly rate shall be added to the employee’s regular paycheck in accordance with this Article.

Bachelor’s i. Effective September 1, 1992, all teachers who are employees of the Watertown Public Schools as of that date and are on step 10 of the Bachelor's schedule will be eligible for placement on a step in the schedule when they have served 15 years in the system (this step is referenced in Appendix A). No employee ranking under step 10 nor any employee who joins the system subsequent to September 1, 1992 will be eligible for this step.
