Design Development/Construction Plans. Design development/construction plans and specifications (“Design Construction Plans”) will be prepared by Redeveloper for the New Housing to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Project Site. Such Design Construction Plans shall be based upon the approved Project Schematic Drawings and shall show all the exterior faces of the New Housing to be constructed by Redeveloper as part of the Antelope Square Project, the construction materials to be used for the exterior walls and elevation views of the exterior faces of the New Housing (“Exterior Drawings”). The Exterior Drawings shall be submitted to the Mayor for his review and approval, as provided in subsection D below. The Design Construction Plans shall also include a site plan (“Site Plan”). Ingress and egress to and from the Project Site from the public streets as shown on the Site Plan shall be subject to City approval based upon Chapter 14.75 of the Lincoln Municipal Code and the City’s Access Management Policy.

Design Development/Construction Plans. Redeveloper shall cause Architect to prepare the final design (“Final Design”) and construction plans and specifications (“Construction Plans”) for the Private Improvements to be constructed by the Redeveloper on the Project Site. The Final Design and the Construction Plans shall address the following elements:
Design Development/Construction Plans. Design development/construction plans and specifications will be prepared by Redeveloper or on Redeveloper’s behalf for the New Building to be constructed by Redeveloper on the Project Site. Such Construction Plans shall be passed on the approved Project Schematic Drawings and shall include and show all the exterior faces of the New Building to be constructed by Redeveloper as part of the 48th & Xxxxxxxxxx Project, the construction materials to be used for the exterior walls and elevation views of the exterior faces of the New Building. Collectively, the drawings showing the exterior elevations and construction materials to be used on the exterior faces of the building shall be referred to herein as the “Exterior Drawings”. The Exterior Drawings shall be submitted to the Mayor for his or her review and approval as provided in subsection C. below. The Exterior Drawings shall also include a site plan demonstrating how ingress and egress to and from the Project Site from the adjacent public streets will be achieved. Redeveloper understands and acknowledges that any access to the public streets shown on the site plan shall be subject to City approval based on Lincoln Municipal Code Chapter 14.75 and the City’s Access Management Policy.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • Construction Development of the Project The Allottee has seen the proposed layout plan/demarcation-cum-zoning/sanctioned plans, / site plan / building plan, specifications, amenities and facilities, etc. depicted in the advertisement / brochure / agreement / website (as the case may be) regarding the Project where the Said Independent Floor for residential usage along with parking is located and has accepted the floor / site plan, Payment Plan and the specifications, amenities, facilities, etc. [annexed along with this Agreement] which has been approved by the competent authority, as represented by the Promoter. The Promoter shall develop the Project in accordance with the bye-laws such as Haryana Building Code, 2017, FAR, density norms, provisions prescribed, approved plans, terms and condition of the license/ allotment as well as registration of RERA, etc. Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the provisions and norms prescribed by the relevant State laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act and Rules made thereunder or as per approvals/instructions/ guidelines of the competent authorities, and any breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of the Agreement.

The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
