Designated Point of Contact. The Sun Country Providers will provide one designated senior management point of contact (for clarity, in addition to the availability of the Presidents of each Sun Country Provider and each Carrier’s technical operations team to their Amazon counterparts during normal business hours) on all shifts that: (a) is fully apprised of and responsible for all aspects of the Amazon operation; (b) has immediate access to all relevant information and the ability to make real-time decisions on behalf of the Sun Country Providers; and (c) is available for resolution of any operational matters. At such time is Sun Country is providing Services for [***] or more Aircraft, the aforementioned point of contact will be fully dedicated to Amazon’s operations. The Sun Country Providers will also provide senior management points of contact to whom Amazon may reach out directly for an escalation in each of the following areas: (w) ground handling operations (e.g., set-up, deicing, fueling, lavatory, etc.); (x) scheduling and planning; (y) systems operations; and (z) regulatory compliance.
Designated Point of Contact. Each rental request shall include the name and contact information of a single person who will be that organization’s only point of contact with the School Department for scheduling and rental coordination purposes.
Designated Point of Contact. 13.1 In order to facilitate familiarity with each user agency’s DER and specific testing needs, the TPA must assign a point of contact (POC) to the user agency accounts. The TPA may assign a single POC per employer group. For example, one POC for FMCSA-covered employers and one POC for FTA-covered employers.
13.2 The POC must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of federally- mandated drug and alcohol testing regulations and be able to provide accurate technical assistance and regulatory guidance to user agencies.
13.3 The POC must be available to provide user agency DERs with training related to the use of the TPA’s result reporting system, submittal of random pool updates and other tools used in the administration of the testing program.
13.4 The point of contact assigned to FTA-covered employers must attend the free FTA Drug and Alcohol Program National Conference or a free FTA One-Day Regional Seminar, at least once, during the contract period.

Hawaiian will also provide senior management points of contact for all shifts to whom Amazon may reach out directly for an escalation in each of the following areas: (v) maintenance; (w) ground handling operations (e.g., set-up, deicing, fueling, lavatory, etc.); (x) scheduling and planning; (y) systems operations; and (z) legal and regulatory compliance.

Staffing 360 and the Company shall each name a point of contact who shall be responsible for the day to day implementation of this Agreement, including attempted resolution of any issues that may arise during the performance of any Party’s obligations hereunder. Such representative must be accessible during County’s regular business hours and at a minimum from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST each business day. Contractor shall provide to County at least two (2) reliable telephone numbers and a valid email address for any such representative. The representative shall be responsible for submitting all proposed Advertising to the Contract Administrator (or their designee) for County’s review and prior approval or disapproval. Within ten (10) business days, the Contract Administrator shall review such Advertising and provide its approval, disapproval, or feedback to Contractor, which may include, without limitation, requests for additional information, revisions, or corrections. If Contractor does not receive an approval or disapproval within ten (10) days of submitting proposed Advertising to the Contract Administrator, the proposed Advertising shall be deemed disapproved.
