Determination of Working Hours. (general rule)
Determination of Working Hours. All work assignments and final determinations of the work schedule will be made by the district administrative staff and the director of buildings and grounds with assistance from the building head engineers. Assignments refer to the building or building in which a custodian will work, nature of work, including work during vacation periods when school is not in session. The head engineers and the director of building and grounds are specifically given the responsibility and the authority to use the staff to the best advantage of the school district.
