Development Commitment. Buyer will invest a minimum of $1,000,000 during the twelve months following the Closing in the further development of the OpTest technology being transferred under this Agreement. Development Commitment. Basilea shall initiate *** and shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to carry out such Clinical Trials and Studies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Basilea may pursue *** in the event Basilea determines in good faith that it is Commercially Reasonable to do so. However it shall not be considered Commercially Reasonable for Basilea to pursue ***.
Development Commitment. Medicas shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to advance a Licensed Product through Development promptly following the Effective Date. In the event that Medicas fails to advance the development of a Licensed Product within [*] following the Effective Date and in accordance with mutually agreed upon milestones and criteria, Innova shall have the right to convert Medicas’ license xxxxx to a non-exclusive license or to terminate the Agreement pursuant to section 10.2.
Development Commitment. The term of this Agreement (“Term”) shall commence as of the date of this Agreement and end five (5) years from the date hereof, unless earlier terminated as set forth herein. During the Term Arclight agrees to engage writers (subject to Platinum’s approval rights in Section 5(f) below) to develop screenplays based on the Development Properties and provide other related development money for budgeting, location scouting, etc. Arclight has already committed funds to develop Dead of Night and The Witchblade, and agrees to commit a similar amount to develop Ghosting and The Darkness. At all times during the Term, Arclight agrees to have at least two (2) Properties in active development (meaning that Arclight shall have committed development funds to such Properties and shall be actively trying to get them into production). If at any time Arclight does not have two (2) Properties in active development, then Platinum shall give written notice thereof to Arclight, and Arclight shall have 30 days to commence active development as required herein. If Arclight does not commence such active development, then Platinum shall have the right to terminate this agreement.
Development Commitment. First Franklin and Genesis shall each allocate and dedicate adequate and sufficient funding, staff and other resources to meet the respective obligations under any Work Plans and shall use reasonable efforts to complete each step in the Work Plan. Until the Project is completed, Genesis and First Franklin mutually agree to a minimum of two (2) meetings and/or conference calls per month. Genesis shall also deliver a written report to First Franklin with respect to the status and progress toward completion of the Project. This report shall be delivered to First Franklin no later than the fourth business day of each month subsequent to the Effective Date of this Agreement.

Development Commitment. Tenant agrees to produce and submit to Summit County for approval, and exercise its best efforts to maintain in place, a master plan for the demised premises (which may be a continuation of the master plan submitted by Landlord in April, 1997, or a derivation thereof) that contemplates a minimum of three million (3,000,000) square feet of residential and commercial real estate development on that portion of the demised premises denominated the base area as reflected on the Landlord's current master plan and two million (2,000,000) square feet of residential and commercial development on that portion of the demised premises denominated the mid-mountain village as reflected on the Landlord's current master plan. The master plan may not alter the designation of Willow Draw as a subdivision for single family detached dwellings without Landlord's prior written consent.
Development Commitment. The parties hereby agree to jointly undertake the Development of the Products within the Field pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, QLT and Novartis shall carry out the Development by planning, collaborating on, and performing mutually agreed-to Development Programs for Products, and shall implement the Global Development Plan.
