Device Eligibility. You are required to have an eligible Mobile Device in order to use this service. The Mobile Wallet provider, at its sole discretion, determines which Mobile Devices are eligible to be used with its Mobile Wallet service. Mobile Devices which have been unlocked in an unauthorized fashion or otherwise modified may not be eligible to use Mobile Wallet. You acknowledge that use of an ineligible Mobile Device with the Mobile Wallet service is expressly prohibited, constitutes a breach of these rules, and is grounds for the Bank to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, or otherwise deny further access to your Card in the Mobile Wallet service. We are not liable to you for any third party for the effects of such termination or suspension.

Device Eligibility. The Eligible Device must (i) match the IMEI identified on the EIP Agreement, or at CWork’s discretion any replacements provided by T-Mobile, the manufacturer, or by the administrator in accordance with the PHP Terms; and (ii) power on and have its hardware and software operating in a manner consistent with the original Manufacturer’s specifications, and neither have a cracked screen nor water damage (“Good Working Order”) as determined by CWork in its reasonable discretion (“Eligible Device”). You must also have paid at least 50% of Your Device cost for the Eligible Device.

Device Eligibility. The Digital Wallet Service enables me to create virtual representations of my Payment Cards (collectively, "Mobile Cards") on an eligible Mobile Device to make (i) contactless payments at merchants’ contactless-enabled point-of-sale terminals or readers that accept contactless payments using a virtual representation of my Payment Card (in lieu of me presenting my physical Payment Card) and (ii) in-app or other digital commerce payments at merchants participating in the Digital Wallet Service. I am required to have an eligible Mobile Device (a "Supported Digital Wallet Device") in order to use this service. My Digital Wallet provider, in its sole discretion, determines which Mobile Devices are eligible to be used with the Digital Wallet. Mobile Devices which have been unlocked in an unauthorized fashion ("jail-broken") or otherwise modified are not eligible to use the Digital Wallet Service. I acknowledge that use of an ineligible Mobile Device with the Digital Wallet Service is expressly prohibited, constitutes a breach of these terms, and is grounds for Frost to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, or otherwise deny further access to my Payment Card in the Digital Wallet Service. Xxxxx is not liable to me for the effects (third party or otherwise) of such termination or suspension.

Device Eligibility. 4.1 Only compatible Samsung Devices purchased directly from O2 and running XXXX version 2.4 or above, as determined solely by Samsung from time to time, are eligible for the KME Service.
Device Eligibility. The International Mobile Equipment Identifier (“IMEI”) of the Device matches the IMEI identified on the DPP, or a replacement device provided by Xfinity Mobile, The Signal or the manufacturer. The Device is in Good Working Order. If You are an individual customer, You must have paid off at least 50% of the total price of the Device. If Your Device is a business line under Comcast Business Mobile, You must wait at least 12 months from the date of Device purchase before Your Device is eligible for the Early Device Upgrade Program.

Our Responsibility. Our sole responsibility with respect to this Service is to provide information to the Mobile Wallet provider in order to allow you to enroll your eligible card into the service. As we do not control the Mobile Wallet service in any way, we are not liable for any failure of the service resulting in your inability to use Mobile Wallet. We also are not responsible for any third party performance surrounding or related to the Mobile Wallet service and any agreement you enter into with those third parties.
