Ethical Requirements. The Scottish Government is committed to sustainable procurement and to this end the Contractor is required to have appropriate standards for it’s organisation and it’s Supply Chain regarding legal, ethical and social issues and therefore required to use ethically sourced products in the provision of the required goods and services.
Ethical Requirements. 5.1. The Charity requires that any use of animals must adhere to the Guidelines for the Welfare and Use of Animals in Cancer Research as per Xxxxxxx, et al. (2010: British Journal of Cancer 102,1555-1577) and supports the guiding principles of the 3Rs: Consideration must be given to all opportunities for reduction, replacement and refinement of animal involvement in the Research.
5.2. The ARRIVE guidelines should be considered as part of experimental design and that ARRIVE reporting guidelines must be followed for reporting all In Vivo experiments, wherever possible.
5.3. No part of the grant may be used for research on animals not set out in the Research Proposal and approved in advance by the Charity.
5.4. The Host Institution must ensure that it is fully compliant with current Home Office legislation in relation to any use of animals in research.
Ethical Requirements. The Supplier shall perform its obligations under the Framework Contract in accordance with the Employer’s ethical sourcing policy, which is to promote appropriate standards regarding legal, ethical and social issues including, for example, health and safety, security of employment rights, equality, corruption and fair trade, in particular in low cost or developing countries. The Supplier shall be responsible for the accuracy of all documentation and information supplied to the Employer by the Supplier in connection with the works and/or services and shall be liable for and pay Employer for any extra costs occasioned by any discrepancies, errors or omissions therein.

5.2. (2020) PLoS Biol 18(7): e3000410. xxxxx://xxx.xxx/10.1371/journal.pbio.3000410) must be followed for reporting all experiments involving animals, wherever possible.

Ethical Requirements. Manager shall not solicit any advantage from contractors, suppliers or any person in con- nection with Association business. The word “advantage” is defined to include any gift, loan, fee, reward, office, employment, contract, service and/or favor. Manager shall not use or possess any illegal substances such as, without limitation, illegal drugs or weapons.

4. Speak well of LLR, other LLR Independent Fashion Consultants and our competitors.
5. Focus on building business through relationship building and superior customer service.
6. Abide by product guaranty and return policies.
7. Follow incentive guidelines for your party Hostesses.
8. Conduct your business in such a way that strengthens the LLR brand and improves the opportunity for all Independent Fashion Consultants.
Ethical Requirements. Borrower and its agents shall abide by all ethical requirements that apply to persons who have a business relationship with Lender, as set forth in Indiana Code § 4-2-6 et seq., the regulations promulgated thereunder, and Executive Order 04-08, dated April 27,
Ethical Requirements. The Contractor shall comply with ethical requirements elaborated by Ethical Trading Initiative Norway and the Agency for Public Management and eGovernment (Difi), cf. Annex G-1. Annex G-1 shall be signed and delivered to the Purchaser at the time of entering into the agreement, at the latest.
