Disclosure of Pertinent Information. The University shall promptly provide, upon request by the Association, all information and material pertinent to a grievance within seven (7) days following such request. The University upon notice to the association will receive an additional seven (7) days to fulfill the request if needed. The grievance timeline will be frozen until the request is fulfilled beyond the seven (7) days. By mutual agreement of both parties, this time limit may be extended.

The Association agrees to reimburse the University, upon request, not more than the actual cost of reproduction and certification, in accordance with the standard scale of fees established by the University.
