DISMANTLING. Exhibits may not be dismantled before the close of the trade show. Any exhibitor found breaking down their booth before the close of the trade show may lose access to the post-show attendee list. Exhibits must be removed from the premises by the time indicated in the official Exhibitor Service Manual. Premises must be left broom clean. Exhibitor shall be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from the failure to remove exhibit material from the trade show by the conclusion of the dismantling period.
DISMANTLING. Exhibits may not be dismantled before the close of the show. Exhibits must be removed by the Exhibitor from the premises no later than the time indicated in the official Exhibitor manual. The premises must be left broom clean by the Exhibitor. Exhibitor shall be liable for all storage and handling charges resulting from the failure to remove exhibit material from the exhibit hall prior to the conclusion of the dismantling period as specified by ASLA. Exhibitors who dismantle prior to show end will be penalized for booth selection the following year.
DISMANTLING. Exhibitor may start dismantling exhibit after the Expo closes and continue for two hours after the Expo closes. EXHIBITOR UNDERSTANDS THAT EARLY REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS OR DISPLAYS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AND SUBJECT TO A FINE. If portions of the exhibition area are not vacated by Exhibitor at the end of the Expo, SDCFB is authorized to remove from said area at the expense of Exhibitor all of Exhibitor's property of any kind or description which may be then occupying any part of the exhibition area or the premises on which the rent has expired. SDCFB shall not be liable for any damages or loss which may be sustained, either by reason of such removal and SDCFB shall be expressly released from any and all claims for damages, expenses or costs of any kind. SDCFB may store Exhibitor's property in a public warehouse or elsewhere at the cost of and for the account of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to pay any loss, expense or damage sustained by SDCFB in the event Exhibitor fails to vacate and deliver up possession at the time required by this Agreement including without limitation any loss or damages by reason of the inability of SDCFB to deliver possession of the area or premises to the next succeeding tenant. Exhibitor agrees that should SDCFB have to remove said property from the area or the premises that SDCFB has the option to retain said property to compensate it for the inconvenience.
DISMANTLING. All Exhibitors shall leave their space in clean and sanitary condition and shall remove and clean up all construction materials at their space. Exhibitor shall repair any damage caused by dismantling.
DISMANTLING. The Exhibitor’s displays must not be dismantled or packed in preparation for removal prior to the official closing time of 13:00 MT on January 21, 2020. All exhibit displays and materials must be removed from the Venue prior to 18:00 MT on January 21, 2020. All times are subject to change by the Producer.
DISMANTLING. Please do not begin tear down until after 4:00 pm on Sunday. Some of our guests are still shopping right up to 4:00 pm. To aid equal and easier access in the Mall please pack up you booth prior to moving your vehicle into place for loading. This will make your fellow Vendors much happier. All exhibit material must be removed from the grounds by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday directly following the Exhibition. The Xxxxxxx Valley Exhibition is not responsible for any materials left by an Exhibitor after the exhibition is closed on Sunday evening. DISMANTLING. EXHIBITOR’S display must not be dismantled or packed in preparation for removal prior to the official closing time on April 15, 162016.
DISMANTLING. The RT-organizer must vacate the round table room within the time specified by the organizer. The RT-organizer failing to do so will be liable for additional rental costs of up to 25% of the total round table room cost.

If upon reporting a Failure it is necessary for Us to inspect Your Vehicle, You must authorise the Repairer to Dismantle to a point necessary for an Independent Engineer to view the damaged components. We will cover the cost of these charges (included within the maximum Claim Limit) providing we authorise a Repair.
