Employment of Ship. The Ship shall only be employed or operated in conformity with the terms of the Ship’s Insurances (including any express or implied warranties) and not in any other way (unless the insurers have consented and any additional requirements of the insurers have been satisfied).

Employment of Ship procure that each Owner does not employ its Ship or suffer its Ship to be employed otherwise than in conformity with the terms of the Insurances (including any warranties express or implied therein) without first obtaining the consent of the relevant insurers to such employment and complying with such requirements as to extra premium or otherwise as the insurers may prescribe;
