DISPATCH FEES. The County agrees to provide to the City the following radio dispatch services during the term of this agreement at an adequate level and in a timely fashion:
DISPATCH FEES. As of the Amendment Effective Date, total dispatch fees for FY 22/23 shall be $121,718.00, which shall be paid in quarterly installments of $30,429.50, as further set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
DISPATCH FEES. To facilitate cross-deputation and to xxxxxx a cooperative working relationship between the Yurok Tribe Department of Public Safety, the Sheriff and the County agree to waive the Dispatch fees. In exchange, The Tribe will pay for the training and salary of one full-time dispatcher who will assist the current dispatch staff and augment the current level of staffing in the Sheriff’s call center provided the hiring of said dispatcher shall be in compliance with the Yurok Tribe TERO as well as County personnel policies.
DISPATCH FEES. [ * ](one-hour minimum) for unmanned sites during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and [ * ](two-hour minimum), for unmanned sites during non-business hours and nationally recognized holidays.
DISPATCH FEES. 12:01 Dependent Contractors shall pay the Company dispatch fees in accordance with the terms negotiated between the Parties to this Agreement in the attached Schedule “A”. All other terms contained in Schedule “A” shall be incorporated into this Agreement.
