TRAINING AND SALARY Clause Samples
The TRAINING AND SALARY clause outlines the employer’s obligations regarding employee training and compensation. It typically specifies the type and duration of training provided, whether training is mandatory or optional, and details about salary payments during the training period, such as whether employees are paid their regular wage or a different rate. This clause ensures that both parties understand the terms of training and compensation, preventing misunderstandings about pay entitlements and clarifying expectations during the training phase of employment.
