Dispatch Request Message. Fields: Id Unique id generated by the originator that will identify all communication about this dispatch through its entire lifecycle. Originator Id of company originating this dispatch request. If the dispatch came via an Online Dispatch Referral Company this will be the id of that company. If the dispatch came through “traditional” dispatch (e.g. the customer phones a Color Scheme directly) this will be the id of the Dispatch Service (since no Online Dispatch Referral Company is involved). Customer phone Phone number of customer Time of request Date and time request was made Requested pickup location Address and latitude/longitude for requested pickup location Requested drop off location Address and latitude/longitude for requested drop off location (if given by customer) Requested pick up time Time requested by customer for pickup (typically “now”) Vehicles Zero of more vehicle ids of vehicles that should be dispatched, listed in preference order. If no ids are specified, the Online Dispatch Referral Company is allowing the Dispatch Service itself to select a vehicle to dispatch. In this case, the Online Dispatch Referral Company can use the Color Scheme Ids field to specify which Color Schemes should be allowed to dispatch a vehicle. If one or more id is specified, the Online Dispatch Referral Company is asking the Dispatch Service to dispatch only to the specific vehicles requested. When a Dispatch Service sends a dispatch request (as opposed to a Online Dispatch Referral Company), this field should be filled with the ids of the vehicles to which the Dispatch Service actually offered the dispatch. (e.g. if the Dispatch Service dispatches by zone, only the ids of cabs in the zone should be listed here). Color Schemes In the special case where the Online Dispatch Referral Company has not given specific vehicle Ids, this field lists all the Color Schemes the Online Dispatch Referral Company is willing to allow to try to dispatch a vehicle. If the vehicle Ids field and the Color Scheme Ids field are both empty, the Online Dispatch Referral Company is requesting that any vehicle from any Color Scheme may be dispatched, and all Dispatch Services may try to dispatch any vehicle. When a Dispatch Service sends a dispatch request (as opposed to a Online Dispatch Referral Company), this field should be empty if the Vehicle Ids field contains values, and otherwise should include all Color Schemes that the Dispatch Service actually offered the dispatch.   • DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.

  • Dispatching 1. Dispatchers will schedule and assign drivers and vehicles in accordance with the trips scheduled for each day; 2. Dispatchers will assist drivers while they are in service to carry out the assigned trips on time by providing address assistance and telephoning passengers as needed. 3. Dispatchers will monitor the performance of scheduled trips, reassigning trips and/or adjusting the number of vehicles in service as needed to ensure on-time performance in the most efficient manner. 4. Dispatchers will provide continuous monitoring of assigned radio frequencies during all hours that vehicles are in service, answer and respond to telephone calls on the Ride Status line, and respond to calls from drivers and OoA staff.

  • Electronic Visit Verification ("EVV A. To ensure: 1. the EVV system is used to verify the provision of services governed under 40 TAC, Chapter 68 or its successor; 2. only authorized people access the Contractor's EVV account; 3. all data elements required by HHSC or HHSC's designee are uploaded or entered and maintained in the EVV system completely, accurately, and prior to submitting the claim; 4. that each time services governed by 40 TAC Chapter 68 or its successor are delivered to an individual, the Contractor's staff uses an HHSC-approved EVV system; and 5. service delivery documentation is immediately available for review by HHSC when requested. B. Equipment provided to Contractor by HHSC, HHSC’s designee, or an HHSC-approved EVV vendor, must be returned in good condition when the equipment is no longer needed under this Contract. In the context of this agreement, “good condition” means Contractor must not place any marks or identifying information on the equipment and may not alter information on the equipment including logos and serial numbers. If the equipment is lost, stolen, marked, altered or damaged by Contractor, Contractor may be required to pay the replacement cost for each piece of equipment that is lost, stolen, marked or damaged. Replacement costs for lost, stolen, marked or damaged equipment may be assessed periodically. If Contractor recovers previously lost or stolen equipment for which Contractor paid the replacement cost in the prior 12 months, Contractor may return the equipment and be reimbursed for the replacement costs within 12 months of the date HHSC, HHSC’s designee or an HHSC-approved EVV vendor (as applicable) received payment in full from the Contractor. This is provided the equipment is returned in good condition as specified above. C. HHSC may perform EVV compliance oversight reviews to determine if Contractor has complied with EVV compliance requirements as outlined in 40 TAC Chapter 68 or its successor, EVV Policy posted on the HHSC EVV website or EVV Policy Handbook. D. If the Contractor determines an electronic record in the EVV system needs to be adjusted at any time, the Contractor will make the adjustment in the EVV system using the most appropriate EVV reason code number(s), EVV reason code description(s) and enter any required free text when completing visit maintenance in the EVV system, if applicable. E. Contractor must begin using an HHSC-approved EVV system prior to submitting an EVV relevant claim. F. All claims for services required to use EVV (EVV claims) must match to an accepted EVV visit transaction in the EVV Aggregator (the state’s centralized EVV database) prior to reimbursement of an EVV claim. Without a matching accepted EVV visit transaction, the claim will be denied. G. Contractor must submit all EVV related claims through the Texas Medicaid Claims Administrator, or as otherwise described in the EVV Policy posted on the HHSC EVV website or in the EVV Policy Handbook. H. Contractor must complete all required EVV training as outlined in the EVV Policy posted on the HHSC EVV website or EVV Policy Handbook: • Prior to using either an EVV vendor system or an EVV proprietary system and • Yearly thereafter. I. Contractor and, if applicable, the Contractor’s appointed EVV system administrator, must complete, sign and date the EVV Onboarding Form as outlined in 40 TAC Chapter 68 or its successor, EVV Policy posted on the HHSC website or EVV Policy Handbook.

  • SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS All shipments will be FOB destination (as specified on Ordering Entity Purchase Order).

  • Confirmation Confirmation of Transfer Agent's execution of payment orders shall ordinarily be provided within twenty four (24) hours notice of which may be delivered through the Transfer Agent's proprietary information systems, or by facsimile or call-back.   • Overnight Delivery When delivered by an overnight delivery service, charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service.
