Disputes and Jurisdiction. The Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement that cannot be settled to the parties’ satisfaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. The parties waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that proceedings have been brought in an inappropriate forum.

You agree that in the event of any dispute between us, you will first contact us and make a good faith sustained effort to resolve the dispute before resorting to more formal means of resolution, including without limitation any court action. Disputes and Jurisdiction. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO APPLIED TO CONTRACTS MADE AND WHOLLY PERFORMED IN SUCH STATE.
