Dissemination Planning. During the first year when the first system version is being developed, dissemination activities focus on:  spreading information about the project objectives  engaging stakeholders  preparing the dissemination tactics and tools (website, materials) From the second year and onwards, when project outcomes will start to become available, the dissemination will aim to:  spread information about the project intermediate and final results  promote the state of advance of the project to the stakeholders in order to facilitate exploitation The activities that will be conducted, their expected outcome, their time of delivery and the responsible partner(s) are depicted in Table 1, below. Details per activity are described in the following section. The materials that are being developed to facilitate these activities have been summarised in Table 2. Dissemination Planning. This task is dedicated to draw a dissemination plan, to identify target audiences, to detail actions, timing, procedures and actions for the dissemination activities, the expected benefits, and describe which methods of dissemination will be used by the partners. This plan is for the project regular information and exploitation of the results. It will also be used by all partners as a tool to record events and activities that take place during the life of the project. The key elements structuring the plan are: ✓ Users: a consideration of who would benefit from learning about the findings, leading to define scope and characteristics of the potential users of the dissemination activities; ✓ Content: type of messages to be released; ✓ Source: information source and adaptation; ✓ Medium: capabilities and resources that will be required to deliver the information in the most effective conditions and access rules; ✓ Availability: information quality and update. The plan will be endorsed by the partners and submitted to the European Commission for approval.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • Dissemination 1. All public events, activities, curricular materials, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents produced with OSHE funds provided pursuant to this agreement must state clearly that the project partnership is administered by OSHE and that OSHE is a partner in the project partnership. The only official name to be used in describing the overall program is “Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF)” and no other institutional- specific branded name shall be used in official communication about the grants.

  • Protection Planning Annually, sub-geographic area Unit Administrators will determine efficiencies to be gained from reciprocal assistance and acquisition of protection services. Operating plans will document decisions. Plans should be reviewed, and agreement reached concerning such items as placement of crews, engines, air tankers, helicopters, fixed and aerial detection, regulated use, closures and other joint fire suppression efforts.

  • Information Handling Implement new/improved system; update incoming publications; circulate publications; identify information source(s) inside and outside the organisation. Grade 5 - Communication: Obtain data from external sources; produce reports; identify need for documents and/or research. Grade 5 - Enterprise: Assist with the development of options for future strategies; assist with planning to match future requirements with resource allocation.

  • Root-­‐zone Information Publication ICANN’s publication of root-­‐zone contact information for the TLD will include Registry Operator and its administrative and technical contacts. Any request to modify the contact information for the Registry Operator must be made in the format specified from time to time by ICANN at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/domains/root/.

  • Information Technologies Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in Information Technologies sectors, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to focus on cooperative activities towards information technology areas where mutual and complementary interests exists; and (b) to build on existing agreements and arrangements already in place between the Parties. 2. Information Technologies cooperation may include, but not be limited to: (a) scientific and technical cooperation for the Software Industry of the Parties and encouraging cooperation in software development for populations with specific needs; (b) facilitate the cooperation on academic, industrial and entrepreneurial networks in the area of Information Technology; (c) encouraging exchange of experience on management and research and development for Information Technology Parks; (d) research and development on Information Technology products and services, integrating television, multimedia, and cellular telephones; and (e) encouraging exchange of experience for research and development in networks and telecommunications.

Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY The following applies to all contracts for information technology commodities and contractual services. “Information technology” is defined in section 287.012(15), F.S., to have the same meaning as provided in section 282.0041, F.S.
