DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Copies of this signed Contractual Agreement shall be printed and distributed to all presently employed, regularly employed, full-time Faculty within fifteen (15) working days after formal ratification and signing by both parties. Copies of this Contractual Agreement will also be included with offers of employment to those employed subsequent to this Contractual Agreement. Specific information in regard to insurance programs will be distributed through the Human Resources Office. The Human Resources Office shall distribute a concise current summary of insurance practices within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Contractual Agreement. A copy of the insurance contract will be made available for review and copying purposes in the Human Resources Office.
