DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT. Copies of this signed Contractual Agreement shall be printed and distributed to all presently employed, regularly employed, full-time Faculty within fifteen (15) working days after formal ratification and signing by both parties. Copies of this Contractual Agreement will also be included with offers of employment to those employed subsequent to this Contractual Agreement. Specific information in regard to insurance programs will be distributed through the Human Resources Office. The Human Resources Office shall distribute a concise current summary of insurance practices within sixty (60) days of the signing of this Contractual Agreement. A copy of the insurance contract will be made available for review and copying purposes in the Human Resources Office. The College will provide a free identification system which includes insurance identification, access to the PE building, library check out, Faculty identification, etc. APPENDIX A - EVALUATION FORMS‌ All forms will also be available electronically to facilitate expanded text and ease of use.   • ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.

  • Distribution of Contract Within thirty (30) days after the execution of this contract, the District shall print or duplicate and provide without charge a copy of this contract to every employee of the bargaining unit. The District shall provide any employee who becomes a member of the bargaining unit after the execution of this Agreement with a copy of this Agreement without charge at the time of employment. The District shall provide each employee in the bargaining unit without charge with a copy of any written changes agreed to by the parties to this Agreement during the life of this Agreement.

  • CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT This Invitation for Bids shall be included and incorporated in the final contract or purchase order. The order of contract precedence will be the contract (purchase order), bid document, and response. Any and all legal actions associated with this Invitation for Bids and/or the resultant contract (purchase order) shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any litigation involving this contract shall be the Ninth Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida.

  • FORMATION OF CONTRACT This proposed purchase contract, which incorporates by reference these General Provisions and all other terms and conditions set forth in this proposed purchase contract (collectively, the “Contract”), is Buyer's offer to purchase the services and/or materials (collectively, the “Services”) described in this offer. Acceptance is strictly limited to the terms and conditions included in this offer. Unless specifically agreed to in writing by Xxxxx's Authorized Procurement Representative, Xxxxx objects to, and is not bound by, any term or condition that differs from or adds to this offer. Seller's commencement of performance or acceptance of this offer in any manner shall conclusively evidence acceptance of this offer as written. Seller’s provision of the Services shall be governed solely by this Contract.   • Distribution of Agreement The Employer agrees to make available to each employee a copy of this Agreement and to provide a copy of the same Agreement to all new employees entering the employment of the Employer.

  • Other Contractual Arrangements 8.1 Escrow Agent Not a Trustee The Escrow Agent accepts duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, and the escrow securities and any share certificates or other evidence of these securities, solely as a custodian, bailee and agent. No trust is intended to be, or is or will be, created hereby and the Escrow Agent shall owe no duties hereunder as a trustee.

  • Application of Contract Provisions The parties agree that the following contract provisions shall not apply to these employees:

  • Promotion of Contract It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS contract is not acceptable to the terms and conditions of this contract and will result in removal of Vendor from Program. Vendor is expected to use marketing funds for the marketing and promotion of this contract.

  • EXECUTION OF CONTRACT 20.1 Depending on the type of service provided, one of the following methods will be employed. The method applicable to this contract will be checked below:

  • Dissemination of Research Findings and Acknowledgement of Controlled-Access Datasets Subject to the NIH GDS Policy It is NIH’s intent to promote the dissemination of research findings from use of controlled-access dataset(s) subject to the NIH GDS Policy as widely as possible through scientific publication or other appropriate public dissemination mechanisms. Approved Users are strongly encouraged to publish their results in peer-reviewed journals and to present research findings at scientific meetings.
