District Assumes Responsibility for Safety. The Board recognizes that in providing the educational program of this District, it assumes the responsibility for the safety of District employees while they are in and on the facilities provided in furtherance of that program. The District recognizes its responsibilities to comply with relevant Cal-OSHA regulations and guidelines.
