District Benefits Committee. The committee shall be comprised of constituency groups, CSEA, FA and MSC if any group chooses to participate. The committee shall be comprised of three members from each group, and the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources or designee, who shall serve as coordinator and the Human Resources Benefits Analyst.
