DISTRICT DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE. The District agrees that it shall not discriminate in any way with regard to ethnic group identification, religion, age, sex, color, physical or mental disability, medical condition (cancer), national origin, marital status, Vietnam-era veteran, or sexual orientation. The Union and the District further agree that no employee shall be discriminated against on the basis of membership or non-membership in the Union or any lawful activity on behalf of the Union.
