District-wide Faculty Meetings. If a two (2) day notice has been given, or if a situation exists which threatens the health and welfare of the students, the Superintendent of Schools shall have the authority to call general faculty meetings of the certificated staff of the entire District whenever he/she deems such meeting to be actually necessary.

District-wide Faculty Meetings. District wide teachers’ meetings will be held with dates to be determined by the Superintendent. Students will be released at 2:30 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. for these days, and teachers will be dismissed no later than 4:00 p.m.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.
