District’s Responsibility. 1. District will make sure the drill is cleaned and fully functional.
District’s Responsibility a. Within ten (10) days of proper service of a claim, demand, suit or other legal action against any protected Party, the District shall inform the Association and provide the Association with copies of any documents received as a result of the legal action. Upon request, the District shall provide the Association’s legal counsel with documents and information reasonably related to providing a defense.
District’s Responsibility a. The District will request donations for the catastrophic leave, a minimum of one (1) time per year, and at any time the account balance drops below one-hundred sixty (160) hours.
District’s Responsibility. A. The District will provide one-way transportation for children attending Head Start in Oak Harbor. All transportation must meet the federal Head Start Transportation requirements.
District’s Responsibility. 16.2 If at the time of loss, the employee has an insurance policy affording the same coverage as would be provided by the procedure, this insurance policy would be primary and the district would assume liability for only that portion of the loss not covered by the employee’s insurance.
District’s Responsibility. 5.1 DISTRICT shall provide VRSD, without charge, any information available to DISTRICT that is required in connection with services that are required of VRSD.

District shall be responsible for the following: (a) review and approval of the Preliminary Report and any other materials prepared by SI&A under this Agreement, (b) preparing and furnishing to SI&A, promptly upon its request, such information as is reasonably necessary to perform the Services, and (c) making District’s personnel available to SI&A. District’s failure to furnish to SI&A the requested documentation in the time frame agreed upon by the Parties may require SI&A to reschedule the initial visit and prolong the review process.
