Customer Compliance. Customer is solely responsible to ensure that its use of Managed IAM with Accenture Services is compliant with laws in any jurisdictions where Customer uses such Services.
Customer Compliance. (a) The Customer must ensure that all electrical work in relation to the Customer’s electrical installation is carried out by an appropriately licensed electrical contractor. (b) The Customer must comply with all its obligations under the Electricity Law, including the Electricity Distribution Code. (c) The Customer must comply with the “Victorian Electricity Distributors Service & Installation Rules” as amended from time to time. The Customer acknowledges that this is a reasonable requirement as contemplated by clause 2.6.1(d) of the Electricity Distribution Code.
Customer Compliance. Customer covenants and agrees that it shall, in relation to each requested receipt or delivery of Customer Hydrocarbons (i) act in accordance and in a manner consistent with the applicable Nomination, and (ii) observe and comply with (A) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including these Operating Terms and the Service Interface Rules, (B) Applicable Requirements, and (C) the Terminal Rules.
Customer Compliance. Customer represents and warrants that (i) it has complied, and will continue to comply, with all applicable laws, including Data Protection Laws, in respect of its processing of Personal Data and any processing instructions it issues to Chargifi; and (ii) it has provided, and will continue to provide, all notice and has obtained, and will continue to obtain, all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for Chargifi to process Personal Data for the purposes described in the Agreement. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Personal Data and the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Customer agrees that it shall be responsible for complying with all laws (including Data Protection Laws) applicable to the collection of employee personal data or other content created, sent or managed through the Services, including those relating to obtaining consents (where required) to send emails, the content of the emails and its email deployment practices.
Customer Compliance. The Customer must: (a) (not registered) where it is not a Registered Participant, comply with the Rules as if it were, for the purposes of this agreement; and (b) (taking electricity) comply with the relevant obligations imposed on a Customer under the Rules (whether or not it is registered as a Customer or a Customer).
Customer Compliance. Customer shall use, and will ensure that all Authorized Users use, each Platform, Software, and the Services in full compliance with this Agreement, Periscope's end-user terms of use, and all applicable laws and regulations. Customer represents and warrants that it (i) has accessed and reviewed any terms of use or other policies relating to a Platform provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, (ii) understands the requirements thereof, and (iii) agrees to comply therewith. Periscope may suspend Customer's account and access to each Platform and performance of the Services at any time and without notice if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes that Customer is in violation of this Agreement. Although Periscope has no obligation to monitor Customer's use of a Platform, Periscope may do so and may prohibit any use it believes may be (or alleged to be) in violation of the foregoing.
Customer Compliance. ForgeRock shall be entitled to monitor Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall comply with any applicable ForgeRock security guidelines and procedures as set forth in the Documentation.

Customer Compliance. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer agrees that neither it nor its employees, agents, contractors or representatives shall attempt, in any way, to circumvent or otherwise interfere with any security precautions, procedural controls, Acceptable Use Policy, Change Management or other CyrusOne policies relating to the CyrusOne service offering. Any such actions may cause a disruption in service. Any disruption of services which results in the violation of these provisions shall be excluded from the Infrastructure Availability SLA and Customer will have no right to any Availability Service Credit or other remedy under this SLA or otherwise with respect to such disruption. Customer will be responsible and indemnify CyrusOne for, any damage or service interruptions caused by Customer or its employees, agents, contractors or representatives in violation of these provisions, including, without limitation, any damage to any CyrusOne provided equipment or colocation infrastructure or other affected customers or other affected customers’ equipment. Customer will pay CyrusOne, at the current published rates, for reasonable remedial services resulting from the Customer’s actions.
Customer Compliance. Customer must use wheel wash prior to exiting the Facility. Customer shall be responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, DOT regulations, and all applicable safety rules at the Facility.
