Downtown Crossing. Final Configuration (Toll Zones DB-1, R-1, R-2 and KB- 1) Substantial Completion Acceptance Date shall mean the date on which Contractor has reached Substantial Completion Acceptance for all parts of the Downtown Crossing. (Toll Zones DB-1, R-1, R-2 and KB-1).

Downtown Crossing. Substantial Completion means that all of the conditions to Substantial Completion have been met as defined and described in Section 8.1 of the Current Version of the Design-Build Agreement (a copy of which Section is attached as Appendix C).   • Faculty Development Faculty who develop and/or teach Distance Education courses shall be provided with reasonable technical support and opportunities for Faculty development, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In the event that a Faculty member develops and/or teaches a Distance Education course for the first time, the Faculty member shall receive reasonable and appropriate professional development and technical support assistance, consistent with the needs of the Faculty and availability of Board resources and services for that purpose. In instances of succeeding assignments to teach Distance Education courses, the Faculty member is expected to demonstrate a level of technical competence sufficient to teach the course. Ongoing technical support assistance may be available to Faculty who teach succeeding offerings of the same course.

  • Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.
