- Drivers and Dispatchers. (A) Drivers and dispatchers hired on or before August 1, 1985 shall maintain their current seniority ranking in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

- Drivers and Dispatchers. All drivers and dispatchers will be provided a ten (10) minute break at the conclusion of two hours and fifteen minutes from the time of reporting or the conclusion of the previous break. The EMPLOYER will arrange to break the South Gate Shuttle Drivers so that their vehicles will not be unattended during breaks. All drivers, other than Tram Tour Drivers, Standby Shuttle Drivers, Front Hill Shuttle Drivers, and ATV Drivers, are responsible for breaking themselves. All drivers, other than Tram Tour Drivers, shall notify dispatch or the manager or supervisor to whom the Driver is assigned at least fifteen (15) minutes before going into break penalty. In the event that there should be a violation of this break period, there shall be a penalty calculated as follows, but there shall be no compounding of any penalties. The greater of (i) the penalty that would be due under State law or (ii) a straight time allowance at the regular basic hourly rate for the length of the delay; with a minimum allowance of one-half (½) hour for the first half hour or fraction thereof, and one and one-half (1½) straight time allowance at the scheduled regular basic hourly rate for each succeeding one-half (½) hour of delay, or fraction thereof. Such allowances shall be in addition to the compensation for work time during the delay. For purposes of any payment to an employee pursuant to (ii) above, such payment shall be deemed to include the State penalty.

  • Retention and disposal 9.5.1.   • NOTICES AND DISCLOSURES Behavioral HealthCare Parity This plan provides parity in benefits for behavioral health services. This means that coverage of benefits for mental health and substance use disorders is generally comparable to, and not more restrictive than, the benefits for physical health. Financial requirements, such as deductibles, copayments, or benefit limits that may apply to a behavioral health service benefit category, such as inpatient services, are not more restrictive than those that apply to most medical benefits within the same category. Different levels of financial requirements to different tiers of prescription drugs are applied without regard to whether a prescription drug is generally prescribed for physical, mental health, or substance use disorders. Other requirements are imposed that are not expressed numerically, such as preauthorization, concurrent utilization review, and retrospective utilization review. These are applied to behavioral health services in comparable ways as medical benefits.

  • Health and Diet Counseling This plan covers diabetes and nutritional counseling in accordance with state and federal laws, when prescribed by a physician and provided by either a physician or an appropriately licensed, registered or certified counselor.
