Shuttle Drivers. Shuttle drivers shall be governed by the terms of the Canada Labour Code. For purposes of clarity overtime rates shall only apply to hours in excess of nine (9) hours per day and forty-five (45) in one week. All employees shall report to work at the beginning of their designated shift, to be determined by the Employer. Any deviations from the regular schedule will be communicated to the employee as soon as possible. There will be no minimum or maximum guaranteed number of hours.

Shuttle Drivers. CONTRACTOR shall employ all needed personnel to operate the Courtesy and Employee Shuttle Service. All personnel employed by CONTRACTOR as shuttle drivers must be fully qualified to operate the shuttles specified herein and must possess a valid State of California Class B Commercial Driver License with a passenger endorsement of the type required for the shuttle driven. All drivers shall be at least 18 years of age and shall be able to communicate clearly in the English language. Shuttle drivers report to the CONTRACTOR’S Project Manager or Shift Supervisor.
Shuttle Drivers. Shuttle Drivers that drive a shuttle as part of their regular assigned duty will have those hours added into their daily hours. Example a driver that drives a 3-hour shuttle in the morning, 2-hour mid-day, and 3 hours in the afternoon will be paid as an 8-hour employee. (July 2023) An employee that subs on a shuttle route for the regular shuttle driver will be paid at their hourly rate and considered to be extra duty. (July 2023)
Shuttle Drivers. A Monthly calendar will be posted in the team center/area, as vacation is approved, the calendar will be updated. Any cancelations will be reflected on the calendar within 24 hours. This Calendar will be posted on the first day of every month

  • Drivers Any and all drivers who drive the Vehicles you are renting/leasing from us shall be duly licensed, trained and qualified to drive vehicles of this type. Although we may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified drivers with whom we are familiar, we do not supply drivers.   • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.

  • Terminals Hartford Terminal. Hartford Terminal is located at or near Hartford, Illinois. The facility consists of a two-bay truck rack with 17,000 barrels of active terminaling capacity, 13 above-ground storage tanks with approximately 1.1 million barrels of total storage capacity. The Hartford barge dock consists of a single-berth barge loading facility, approximately 0.8 miles of 8-inch pipeline and approximately 0.8 miles of 14-inch pipeline from the Hartford terminal to the Hartford barge dock for delivery.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.
