Seniority Ranking. For purposes of this Article (specifically Section 3) employee seniority shall be calculated according to their date of hire with the Klamath Falls Airport/Xxxxxxxx Field Fire Department. The score in the selection process as defined in Article 22 Section 2 will be used to establish seniority for employees with the same date of hire.
Seniority Ranking. 15.3.1 The District shall compile and maintain the listing of seniority dates of employees in accordance with the provisions of this article.

These previous employees shall also receive net service from last date of hire in the Bargaining Unit to date of termination to determine Vacation eligibility and Hours of Accrual, and entitlement to Group Insurance coverage effective immediately on the date they are reemployed and placed on the Payroll. A Plant employee transferring to the Bargaining Unit on the same date a new employee is hired into the Bargaining Unit shall be listed ahead of the new employee on the Seniority List. A Plant Contractor employee with a Q clearance transferring to the Bargaining Unit on the same date a new employee is hired into the Bargaining Unit shall be listed ahead of the new employee on the Seniority List.
Seniority Ranking. ‌ (a) Where rank and time in rank/grade, and departmental tenure from date of appointment as a Police Officer are equal, a member's police academy class ranking will be used to determine seniority ranking. (b) An employee who is demoted or reverted shall have a "time in grade" date, as it pertains to seniority in Article 13 Subsection 00.xx of this Memorandum of Understanding, to be the date and time of his/her original promotion to the lower rank.

Seniority Ranking. For purposes of this Article, the term “seniority ranking” will mean the relative placement as either a qualified full-time or a qualified part-time teacher on the appropriate seniority list. The seniority date earliest in time will have the greater seniority ranking, all within the subject matter or field of a qualified part-time teacher or qualified full-time teacher.

  • Seniority Roster The District shall maintain an updated seniority roster, indicating employee's class seniority and hire date seniority. Such rosters shall be available to CSEA.

  • Seniority Rosters The Employer agrees to furnish the Union each January 31 and July 31 with rosters of all employees who accrue seniority, their current and prior classifications, and start date in each classification and University start date per Section 1. Employees who have accepted positions outside the bargaining unit do not accrue class seniority in the bargaining unit when employed in positions outside the bargaining unit, but retain prior seniority earned in the bargaining unit. When two (2) or more employees have the same classification seniority date, ties shall be broken by recognizing the employee with the greater University seniority first. If a tie still continues, the employee's seniority position shall be determined by lot.

  • Seniority Retention Laid off employees shall retain their seniority accumulated up to the time of layoff as follows: (a) If laid off after three (3) months’ continuous employment – up to three (3) months; or (b) If laid off after twelve (12) or more months’ continuous employment – up to one (1) year.

  • Seniority Date Employees shall acquire seniority upon completion of the probationary period as defined in Article XIII and upon acquiring seniority, the seniority date shall relate back to the first date of continuous service in the bargaining unit. If more than one employee commences work on the same date, lot shall determine seniority ranking for such employees. A District-Wide seniority list will be provided for the exclusive representative no later than November 1 of each year.

  • Seniority Dates Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this Agreement. Such seniority dates shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union.

  • Seniority Accrual All paid leaves shall be treated as continuous employment for the purposes of seniority accrual. Unpaid leaves shall be treated as continuous employment for the purposes of seniority accrual for the duration of the leave, except for movement up the salary increment scale.

  • Senior Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall not permit its Senior Leverage Ratio at any time to exceed 2.75 to 1.00.

  • Senior Secured Leverage Ratio The Borrower shall not permit the Senior Secured Leverage Ratio at the end of any Fiscal Quarter set forth below to be greater than the ratio set forth below opposite such Fiscal Quarter: Fiscal Quarter Ending Maximum Senior Secured Leverage Ratio September 30, 2017 4.75 to 1.00 December 31, 2017 4.25 to 1.00 March 31, 2018 3.75 to 1.00 June 30, 2018 3.25 to 1.00 September 30, 2018 and each Fiscal Quarter thereafter 3.00 to 1.00 (v) Section 8.01(e) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:

  • Seniority Accumulation (i) Part-time employees shall have their seniority expressed on the basis of number of hours worked in the bargaining unit. (The foregoing is for clarity only and therefore does not modify an employee’s level of seniority under this collective agreement or previous collective agreements.)
