Morning Session. 9:00am – 12:00pm 1st Afternoon Session: 1:00pm – 4:00pm 2nd Afternoon Session: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Morning Session. The morning session operates for 4 weeks. The morning session for classroom and laboratory operates Monday-Friday for 3 weeks, which is a total of 15 days. The clinical experience operates Monday-Friday for 1 week, which is a total of 5 days. Classroom and laboratory hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am- 2:30 pm, which is, 5 clock hours/day and 25 clock hours/week. Clinical hours are Monday- Friday from 7:00 am-3:30 pm, which is 8 clock hours/day and 40 clock hours for 1 week.  Evening Session The evening session operates Monday through Thursday for 5 weeks and 2 days. The evening session for classroom and laboratory operates Monday-Thursday for 4 weeks and 1 day, which is a total of 17 days. The clinical experience operates Monday-Thursday for 1 week and 1 day, which is a total of 5 days. Classroom and laboratory hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 pm-10:30 pm which is, 4.5 hours/day and 18 clock hours/week. Clinical hours are Monday-Thursday from 3:00 pm-11:30 pm which is 8 clock hours/day for 5 days. Total clinical experience is 40 clock hours long.  Weekend Session The weekend session operates on Saturday and Sunday for 9 weeks. The weekend session for classroom and laboratory operates Saturday and Sunday for 6.5 weeks, which is a total of 13 days. The clinical experience operates Saturday and Sunday for 2.5 weeks, which is a total of 5 days. Classroom and laboratory hours are from 9 am-4 pm on Saturdays and 10:30 am-4:00 pm on Sundays, which is 11.5 clock hours/week. The last day of the classroom and laboratory portion, the hours will be from 9 am-3:30 pm, which is 6 clock hours for that day. Clinical hours are on Saturday and Sunday from 7 am-3:30 pm. Total clinical experience is 40 clock hours long. Morning Session. Class conducted by both Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx where students were assigned with class works based on previous lectures. The professors evaluated each of the students’ performance on presentation as well as assigned class works highlighting the latters’ core strengths and areas of improvement. The professors guided and recommended the students on self-criticism for a better version of one self without being frightened and ignorant about one’s weaknesses. At the next session, Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Member, Board of trustees and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, DBA conducted a class on importance of effective communication skills and ways for improvement among the winter school students. Meanwhile, the honorable board of trustees, the Vice Chancellor,the Pro-VC,the Head of departments as well as the core organzing team sat for a discussion session. 9:00AM to 1:30PM: Lecture Sessions Lecture by Prof. Xx. Xxxxx X. Xxxxx on how to conduct success interviews. Several groups were made and interviews sessions were conducted where participants were assigned to observe both the interviewer and interviewee, make notes, and assess their individual strengths and weaknesses. Later on, participants were divided in teams and a Role Play session was organized where individuals were assigned to play both the role of an interviewer and interviewee.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.

  • Due Diligence Session Upon commencement of the offering of the Shares under this Agreement (and upon the recommencement of the offering of the Shares under this Agreement following the termination of a suspension of sales hereunder lasting more than 30 Trading Days), and at each Representation Date, the Company will conduct a due diligence session, in form and substance, reasonably satisfactory to the Manager, which shall include representatives of management and Accountants. The Company shall cooperate timely with any reasonable due diligence request from or review conducted by the Manager or its agents from time to time in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, providing information and available documents and access to appropriate corporate officers and the Company’s agents during regular business hours, and timely furnishing or causing to be furnished such certificates, letters and opinions from the Company, its officers and its agents, as the Manager may reasonably request. The Company shall reimburse the Manager for Manager’s counsel’s fees in each such due diligence update session, up to a maximum of $2,500 per update, plus any incidental expense incurred by the Manager in connection therewith.

  • Notice to Centrelink Where a decision has been made to terminate the employment of employees, the employer shall notify Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

  • Directory Publication Nothing in this Agreement shall require Verizon to publish a directory where it would not otherwise do so.

  • Closing Location The Closing shall be held at the location designated by the Corporation or, if no such designation is made, at the office of Seller's Attorney.

  • Lost Shareholder Due Diligence Searches and Servicing The Trust hereby acknowledges that USBFS has an arrangement with an outside vendor to conduct lost shareholder searches required by Rule 17Ad-17 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Costs associated with such searches will be passed through to the Trust as an out-of-pocket expense in accordance with the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit C hereto. If a shareholder remains lost and the shareholder’s account unresolved after completion of the mandatory Rule 17Ad-17 search, the Trust hereby authorizes vendor to enter, at its discretion, into fee sharing arrangements with the lost shareholder (or such lost shareholder’s representative or executor) to conduct a more in-depth search in order to locate the lost shareholder before the shareholder’s assets escheat to the applicable state. The Trust hereby acknowledges that USBFS is not a party to these arrangements and does not receive any revenue sharing or other fees relating to these arrangements. Furthermore, the Trust hereby acknowledges that vendor may receive up to 35% of the lost shareholder’s assets as compensation for its efforts in locating the lost shareholder.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Notice to NASD In the event any person or entity (regardless of any NASD affiliation or association) is engaged to assist the Company in its search for a merger candidate or to provide any other merger and acquisition services, the Company will provide the following to the NASD and EBC prior to the consummation of the Business Combination: (i) complete details of all services and copies of agreements governing such services; and (ii) justification as to why the person or entity providing the merger and acquisition services should not be considered an "underwriter and related person" with respect to the Company's initial public offering, as such term is defined in Rule 2710 of the NASD's Conduct Rules. The Company also agrees that proper disclosure of such arrangement or potential arrangement will be made in the proxy statement which the Company will file for purposes of soliciting stockholder approval for the Business Combination.
