Extended Care. The Hospital shall contribute on behalf of each eligible employee percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Liberty Health deductible plan including hearing aids with a of per person and vision care with a maximum of every months per person, or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction. Extended Care. An Employee may be required to provide support to clients as a live-in carer providing attendance over a continuous 24 hour period. An eight (8) hour sleep period is expected in such circumstances. A Live in Regional Carer will be afforded a degree of privacy during this period and will not be required to continually engage with the client but, rather, remain available in the event that the client requires attendance from time to time. The allowance provided for the engagement of an Employee in such circumstances will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon other payments outlined at 4.4.1 and 4.4.3 of this Agreement.
