Extended Care. A. Morning Extended Care is only available for students that are enrolled in Afternoon Extended Care on the same day.

The charge for drop-in extended care is noted in the applicable Tuition and Fee Schedule. Availability of drop-in Extended Care is subject to openings and may not be available. Lunch can be purchased from The Xxxxxxx Cafe. For questions regarding price and menu, please check out the lunch menu section in SchoolCues or visit the lunch page on the school website. In Jr. High, students plan, shop for and prepare lunch every day. Lunches are planned with student allergies and food intolerances in mind, as well as nutrition, what is growing in the class garden, and what is available seasonally. Students are free to bring their own snacks to supplement the lunches and snacks provided.
Extended Care. An Employee may be required to provide support to clients as a live-in carer providing attendance over a continuous 24 hour period. An eight (8) hour sleep period is expected in such circumstances. A Live in Regional Carer will be afforded a degree of privacy during this period and will not be required to continually engage with the client but, rather, remain available in the event that the client requires attendance from time to time. The allowance provided for the engagement of an Employee in such circumstances will be in substitution for and not cumulative upon other payments outlined at 4.4.1 and 4.4.3 of this Agreement.

Blue Cross Extended Health Care Plan Benefits with a deductible in a benefit year of under a single contract and under a family contract, is provided for all employees and their dependents, under this Agreement. Extended Care. Date: Parent/ Guardian Initials: Children enrolled in the full time program can attend anytime from 6:30am-6:00pm without incurring additional extended care charges. The part time program hours are from 8:30am-3pm. Extended Care occurs when a child is on the part time schedule, yet stays for additional time as needed for daycare. There is a 15 minute grace period before and after the part time schedule. Extended care charges are prorated by the minute for time clocked in before 8:15am and/or after 3:15pm for each day throughout the month. The time used is billed at $9 an hour. If a child is enrolled in a scheduled optional activity class, the child will not incur extended care charges during the scheduled time of the class but will immediately following the scheduled end time. For example, if a class is scheduled to end at 3:45pm and the child is not clocked out, extended care charges will begin at 3:46pm.

Effective the first day of April, the Hospital shall contribute, on behalf of each eligible employee, seventy five percent (75%) of the billed premium under the Extended Health Care Plan (Blue Cross plan) including hearing aids with a maximum of per person and vision care with a maximum of every twenty-four (24) months per insured person, and private duty nursing to a maximum of ninety (90) shifts of eight (8) hours per shift per person per year, (or its equivalent) provided the balance of the monthly premium is paid by employees through payroll deduction (subject to appropriate Union and Hospital recruitment). Extended Care. Extended care hours provide the opportunity for service members to balance the competing demands of family life with the military mission. This mandated SECNAV initiative extends the hours of operations to 14 hours per day, Monday- Friday, however the child care time for any child in care shall not exceed 12 hours per day. A command endorsement will be required for patrons utilizing extended care hours. This endorsement must come from the Commanding Officer or the Executive officer. Regularly enrolled children utilizing our programs during the extended hours of 0500-0600 and/or 1800-1900 will be required to make a reservation. As we staff based on reservations, your child may be denied care. A fee may be imposed for a failure to cancel a reservation. Reservation must be made at least two weeks in advance. Per the established DoD SY 2019- 2020 Fee Policy, fees Based on 50 Hours of Care-CDC program fees include 50 hours of care per week and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) approved meals (breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks). Care that extends beyond 50 hours per week will result in additional hourly rates. All hours of care exceeding 50 hours will be charged an additional $5.00 per hour. HOURLY CARE Hourly care is available at all CDC’s upon space availability. Hourly care fees are $5.00 per hour and is available for children from ages six weeks through twelve years of age. Children in this program receive the same developmental care offered to full time children. The ASYMCA Xxxxxx Children's Center offers hourly care for children ages six weeks through five years of age and not enrolled in school, see center for hourly care charges.
Extended Care. Families who choose Extended Care are required to pay a $100 deposit. This deposit will be returned at the end of the year if there is no balance owed for Extended Care. Extended Care is invoiced the month following Extended Care attendance.
