Drug & Alcohol Use. Drug and alcohol use is highly detrimental to the safety and productivity of employees in the workplace. No employee may be under the influence of any alcohol or illicit drug while in the workplace, whilst on duty, or while operating a vehicle or equipment owned or leased by the employer. Disciplinary action may occur as a result of possessing, distributing, transferring, purchasing, selling, using or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs while on the employer's property, while attending business-related activities, while on duty or while operating a vehicle or machine leased or owned by the employer. These actions may also result in instant dismissal.

Drug & Alcohol Use. I certify that I am not on any regular medication and have not taken any alcoholic beverages or drugs, either prescription or non-prescription, and that I will not take such medication, alcoholic beverages or drugs within twelve (12) hours of my participation in the Released Activities.
