Drug & Alcohol Use. Drug and alcohol use is highly detrimental to the safety and productivity of employees in the workplace. No employee may be under the influence of any alcohol or illicit drug while in the workplace, whilst on duty, or while operating a vehicle or equipment owned or leased by the employer. Disciplinary action may occur as a result of possessing, distributing, transferring, purchasing, selling, using or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs while on the employer's property, while attending business-related activities, while on duty or while operating a vehicle or machine leased or owned by the employer. These actions may also result in instant dismissal.
Drug & Alcohol Use. I certify that I am not on any regular medication and have not taken any alcoholic beverages or drugs, either prescription or non-prescription, and that I will not take such medication, alcoholic beverages or drugs within twelve (12) hours of my participation in the Released Activities.
Drug & Alcohol Use. Subcontractor will ensure that Subcontractor, its employees, sub-subcontractors and others within Subcontractor’s control, who are present on the job sites will be free of alcohol and other mind-altering substances, including all controlled substances.
Drug & Alcohol Use. As a performing athlete I recognize the need and expectation for appropriate and legal drug and alcohol use if I choose to consume it. I understand that as a member of the Spirit Squad if I am under the influence of any drugs or alcohol during any Utah Valley University sponsored event or activity that I am subject to disciplinary action.
Drug & Alcohol Use a) No employee may be under the influence of any alcohol or illicit drug whilst on duty, or whilst operating a vehicle or equipment owned or leased by the employer. If the employer is temporarily under medication or suffering from a condition that may affect or limit their ability to undertake normal duties, they must advise the employer prior to commencing work.
b) An employee who reports for duty under the influence of alcohol or drugs (illicit or otherwise) will be prevented from working whilst under this influence, and will not be entitled to payment of any wages for any period of time whilst they are stood down under this provision.
Drug & Alcohol Use. ★ Use of illegal drugs or misuse of prescribed drugs is strictly prohibited. No such products shall be present in the home of the Billet Family except legally prescribed medications. Violation of this policy could lead to immediate dismissal from the Organization. ★ You may not use alcohol products under any circumstance while a member of the Whitefish Wolverines. This could lead to immediate dismissal from the Organization. ★ You may not use tobacco products, including smokeless tobacco, in the home of the Billet Family.
Drug & Alcohol Use. 6.10.1 Drug and alcohol use is highly detrimental to the safety of employees, clients and customers of Switched on Security Pty. Ltd t/a Platinum Security & Platinum Investigations and can seriously damage the reputation of the employer and impact of productivity and customer service.
6.10.2 Employees may not be under the influence of any alcohol or illicit drug whilst in the workplace of the employer or on duty.
6.10.3 Termination of employment shall occur as a result of any employee possessing, distributing, transferring, purchasing, selling, using or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while on the employers or customers property, while attending business related activities, or while on duty that is not in the course of the employer’s operations.
6.10.4 At the direction of the employer, all employees make themselves available to undergo any drug and alcohol testing process the employers deems appropriate. In the event the employee refuses to participate in any process as per the direction of the employer, the employer reserves the right to terminate the contract of employment.
Drug & Alcohol Use. The Seller acknowledges that Prologis prohibits the use, possession, and/or distribution of alcohol and drugs by Personnel while on the premises of Prologis and/or while performing any Services for Prologis. This prohibition includes being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on the premises of Prologis and/or while performing any Services for Prologis. The Seller will inform all Personnel that this policy is in full force and effect and will ensure that its Personnel strictly comply with said policy. The Seller warrants and represents that it complies with all Laws with respect to drug-free workplace initiatives and testing requirements.
Drug & Alcohol Use. If you are under the influence of non-prescribed drugs, or alcohol on the day of your appointment, I will be unable to offer you a session.
