DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND WEAPONS. Xxxxxx agrees to advise its employees, agents, subcontractors and their respective employees that it is the policy of Coffeyville Resources that: (a) the use, possession or distribution of illegal or unauthorized drugs, drug-related paraphernalia, or weapons on Coffeyville Resources' and/or the Xxxxxx Site is strictly prohibited and the use or possession of alcohol beverages, except where authorized by Coffeyville Resources' management, is also strictly prohibited on such premises; and (b) any person who is found in violation of the policy may be removed and/or barred from Coffeyville Resources' and/or Xxxxxx’x premises.

DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND WEAPONS. The Premises are a smoke free zone. The Lessee is her visitors are forbidden from bringing weapons onto the Premises including but not limited to firearms, knives, clubs, batons and traditional weapons. Smoking, the consumption of alcohol and/or the taking of illegal drugs and/or substances on the Premises is strictly prohibited. There shall be no storage of alcohol, illegal drugs and/or substances and/or weapons on the Premises. The Lessee shall not sell ANY drugs and/or prohibited substanc- es including prescription and/or over the counter medication. Should alcohol, any form of illegal drugs and/or substances, and/or weapons be found on the person of the Lessee or in her allocated room, then and in that event KBW Properties reserves the right to immediately terminate the lease and take whatever legal action that may deem appropriate against the Lessee.
DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND WEAPONS. PROFESSIONAL agrees to comply with LAMY's policy regarding drugs, alcohol and weapons and shall advise and enforce this policy with its employees, subcontractors and agents. LAMY's policy prohibits: (a) the use, possession and/or distribution of illegal or unauthorized drugs, drug-related paraphernalia or weapons on LAMY's premises; and (b) the use or possession of alcoholic beverages, except where authorized by LAMY's management. PROFESSIONAL shall immediately remove and bar from LAMY's premises any employee or contractor who is in violation of this policy. LAMY reserves its rights to remove and bar any person who is found in violation of this policy.
DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND WEAPONS. Contractor shall institute all procedures necessary to enforce Company’s absolute prohibition on the use, possession, or transportation of firearms, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, narcotics, or other controlled substances for which a person does not have a current authorization or prescription while on or in the process of business travel to or from the Worksite. Contractor shall not allow its personnel to be under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicating substances or carry firearms or other weapons while at the Worksite or during the course of providing Work. Contractor personnel may make use of medication prescribed by a licensed health care professional only if the use of such medication does not impair the ability to safely perform that person’s work duties or quickly respond to an emergency. If Contractor personnel are under the influence of any prescription or over the counter medication while performing Work, their supervisor should be made aware of the medication being taken and the condition surrounding its use.

  • Stats Executive acknowledges and represents that the scope of such restrictions are appropriate, necessary and reasonable for the protection of the Company’s business, goodwill, and property rights. Executive further acknowledges that the restrictions imposed will not prevent Executive from earning a living in the event of, and after, termination, for whatever reason, of Executive’s employment with the Company. Nothing herein shall be deemed to prevent Executive, after termination of Executive’s employment with the Company, from using general skills and knowledge gained while employed by the Company.

  • Prescription Claims against the Issuer or any Guarantor for the payment of principal or Additional Amounts, if any, on the Notes will be prescribed ten years after the applicable due date for payment thereof. Claims against the Issuer or any Guarantor for the payment of interest on the Notes will be prescribed five years after the applicable due date for payment of interest.

  • HEALTH AND WELFARE 36.01 Health and welfare benefits shall be as contained in Appendix "A" of this Agreement and shall form part of this Agreement.

  • Manufacturing and Marketing Rights The Company has not granted rights to manufacture, produce, assemble, license, market, or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the Company's exclusive right to develop, manufacture, assemble, distribute, market, or sell its products.

  • Exports The Parties acknowledge that the export of technical data, materials or products is subject to the exporting Party receiving any necessary export licenses and that the Parties cannot be responsible for any delays attributable to export controls which are beyond the reasonable control of either Party. Metasyn and MKG agree not to export or reexport, directly or indirectly, any information, technical data, the direct product of such data, samples or equipment received or generated under this Agreement in violation of any applicable export control laws or governmental regulations. Metasyn and MKG agree to obtain similar covenants from their licensees, sublicensees and contractors with respect to the subject matter of this Section 14.11.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Plant The expression ‘Plant’ as used in the tender papers shall mean every temporary accessory necessary or considered necessary by the Engineer to execute, construct, complete and maintain the work and all altered, modified, substituted and additional works ordered in the time and the manner herein provided and all temporary materials and special and other articles and appliance of every sort kind and description whatsoever intended or used therefore.

  • Quality Control A. Controlled Affiliate agrees to use the Licensed Marks and Name only in connection with the licensed services and further agrees to be bound by the conditions regarding quality control shown in attached Exhibit A as they may be amended by BCBSA from time-to-time.
