Line Services Sample Clauses

Line Services. Corporate Air will be responsible for providing a minimum of two (2) qualified line service personnel who shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day. Corporate Air shall provide all line services reasonably necessary for the operation of the Aircraft consistent with the operation of similar aircraft which shall be provided by Corporate Air, as part of the Base Payment, including, without limitation, the following: (a) Cleaning the Aircraft before each flight; (b) Cleaning customer’s automobiles; (c) Restocking of all condiments and snacks; and (d) Tugging each Aircraft.
Line Services. 4.3.1 For ISDN 30e, this will be from the date the bearer is installed where there are not any numbers to be retained. Where there are numbers to be retained, you will have up to 21 days to activate the bearer before we will impose the rental charge on the service. We will usually ask you to pay the rental in advance. The rental will depend on how we classify Your Line. The classifications will be explained at the time of order. If we supply you with temporary Service, you may have to pay the rental in advance for the whole period that you want the Service. 4.3.2 The definition of Service provided for ISDN 30e will be deemed from when the bearer has been installed to the premises; all other Services from installation date. If you cancel the service order before the Customer Confirmed Date (CCD), you will be liable for charges based upon the number of clear working days between the received signed order to Mainstream and the CCD. If you cancel any ISDN service after the bearer or circuit (for ISDN2e) has been installed, you will have to pay the full installation costs of the service provided. Mainstream’s standard installation charges are available on request. All types of Service and lines are subject to an abortive call out charge. 4.3.3 If you give us notice on ISDN and / or Analogue line Services that ends during the agreed contract (for ISDN30e and Dass2 that is anytime between the date of activation to the end of the contract term; all other services from installation date), you must pay us the relevant cancellation charge. This will be 100% of the outstanding rental value for the remaining period of the contract. For all ISDN and / or analogue line services, then 100% of the outstanding rental value will be payable. 4.3.4 Due to the PSTN / ISDN switch off Mainstream will allow clients to move across to the replacement Mainstream service with no contract penalties under advisement of the options available at the time of ISDN and PSTN service being ceased by the under-lying provider.

Which is a web-based support system aimed at providing IONA’s customers with access to timely and comprehensive technical support. The features of this service include: • 24x7 access • Solutions to common technical problems can be referenced from a repository of information with a powerful search engine that enables full-text queries against all published data in technical support bulletins (“the Knowledge Base”). The Knowledge Base includes technical tips and FAQs section for each product. The customer is encouraged to search the Knowledge Base and release notes prior to submitting a query or a problem report. • Latest product release notes. • Expert Zone delivering product-specific alerts, de-support notices for products which are to be obsoleted, and latest product versioning information including currently supported version. • Update Center for downloading fixes as well as information on bugs that have been discovered subsequent to release of the IONA Product and detailed instructions on applying patches. Issues reported by Customer will be prioritized in accordance with the following severity level definitions: Severity Level Description 1 - Critical Proven failure of the IONA Product in the field. The product is unusable, resulting in a critical impact on the operation. No workaround is available. 2 - Serious The IONA Product will operate but its operation is severely restricted. No workaround is available. 3 - Moderate The IONA Product will operate with limitations that are not critical to the overall operation. For example a workaround forces a user and/or a systems operator to use a time consuming procedure to operate the system, or removes a non-essential feature. 4 - Low The IONA Product can be used with only slight inconvenience. IONA’s HelpDesk commits to the following Response Times for reports of issues, received within the hours specified in Section 1.1.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Telephone Services All telegraph, telephone, and communication connections which Tenant may desire outside the Premises shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, in Landlord’s sole discretion, and the location of all wires and the work in connection therewith shall be performed by contractors approved by Landlord and shall be subject to the direction of Landlord, except that such approval is not required as to Tenant’s cabling from the Premises in a route designated by Landlord to any telephone cabinet or panel provided for Tenant’s connection to the telephone cable serving the Building, so long as Tenant’s equipment does not require connections different than or additional to those to the telephone cabinet or panel provided. As to any such connections or work outside the Premises requiring Landlord’s approval, Landlord reserves the right to designate and control the entity or entities providing telephone or other communication cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance outside the Premises and to restrict and control access to telephone cabinets or panels. In the event Landlord designates a particular vendor or vendors to provide such cable installation, removal, repair and maintenance for the Building, Tenant agrees to abide by and participate in such program. Tenant shall be responsible for and shall pay all costs incurred in connection with the installation of telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises, including any hook-up, access and maintenance fees related to the installation of such wires and cables in the Premises and the commencement of service therein, and the maintenance thereafter of such wire and cables; and there shall be included in Operating Expenses for the Building all installation, removal, hook-up or maintenance costs incurred by Landlord in connection with telephone cables and communication wiring serving the Building which are not allocable to any individual users of such service but are allocable to the Building generally. If Tenant fails to maintain all telephone cables and communication wiring in the Premises and such failure affects or interferes with the operation or maintenance of any other telephone cables or communication wiring serving the Building, Landlord or any vendor hired by Landlord may enter into and upon the Premises forthwith and perform such repairs, restorations or alterations as Landlord deems necessary in order to eliminate any such interference (and Landlord may recover from Tenant all of Landlord’s costs in connection therewith). No later than the Termination Date, Tenant agrees to remove all telephone cables and communication wiring installed by Tenant for and during Tenant’s occupancy, which Landlord shall request Tenant to remove. Tenant agrees that neither Landlord nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable to Tenant, or any of Tenant’s employees, agents, customers or invitees or anyone claiming through, by or under Tenant, for any damages, injuries, losses, expenses, claims or causes of action because of any interruption, diminution, delay or discontinuance at any time for any reason in the furnishing of any telephone or other communication service to the Premises and the Building.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type. Data Services:

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
