Termination Other Than for Cause A. Pursuant to this provision, the Judicial Council may terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time, upon providing the Contractor written Notice identifying the effective date of termination. Upon the effective date of the termination Notice for convenience, the Contractor shall promptly discontinue all services affected unless the Notice specifies otherwise.
Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.
Termination Without Cause The Company may terminate the Executive’s employment hereunder at any time without Cause. Any termination by the Company of the Executive’s employment under this Agreement which does not constitute a termination for Cause under Section 3(c) and does not result from the death or disability of the Executive under Section 3(a) or (b) shall be deemed a termination without Cause.
Termination with Cause The Master Servicer may, at its sole option, terminate any rights the Primary Servicer may have hereunder with respect to any or all of the Mortgage Loans, as provided in Section 4.01 of this Agreement upon the occurrence of a Primary Servicer Termination Event. Any notice of termination shall be in writing and delivered to the Primary Servicer as provided in Section 6.05 of this Agreement.

For Cause For a material breach that remains uncured for more than thirty calendar days or other specified period after written notice to the Contractor, the Contract or Purchase Order may be terminated by the Commissioner or Authorized User respectively, at the Contractor’s expense where Contractor becomes unable or incapable of performing, or meeting any requirements or qualifications set forth in the Contract, or for non-performance, or upon a determination that Contractor is non-responsible. Such termination shall be upon written notice to the Contractor. In such event, the Commissioner or Authorized User may complete the contractual requirements in any manner it may deem advisable and pursue available legal or equitable remedies for breach.
Termination by the Authority without Cause The Authority shall have the right to terminate this Framework Agreement, or to terminate the provisions of any part of this Framework Agreement with effect from at any time following nine (9) Months after the Commencement Date by giving at least three (3) Months' written notice to the Supplier.
Other Leave With or Without Pay 17.01 In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.
