Dues Deduction and Security. A. It is the intent of this section to provide for payroll deductions of IUOE members to be deducted from their warrants insofar as permitted by law. The State agrees to deduct and transmit to IUOE all authorized deductions from all IUOE members within Unit 13 who have signed an approved authorization card for such deductions on a form provided by IUOE less actual administrative costs incurred by the State Controller.

Dues Deduction and Security. The Employer, upon receiving written authorization from the employee, agrees to deduct the designated periodic membership dues uniformly from the earned wages for those employees required to pay such dues in equal amounts. Such deductions will be made upon the completion of an authorization card signed by the employee or in accordance with Delaware law. The Union will notify the Human Resources Director at least thirty (30) days in advance of any changes in the amount of such deductions. All employees who are not, who do not become, or do not remain Union members shall, upon completion of 30 days of service, as a condition of employment, pay the Union a service fee no greater than the dues uniformly required of its members.

  • UNION RECOGNITION AND SECURITY 3.1 The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining authority for all employees covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the Union. The Union recognizes that the Association is the sole bargaining authority for all subcontractors of the Employer covered by this Agreement and coming within the jurisdiction of the Union.

  • Privacy and Security (a) The Service Provider shall not transmit or store any AHS data outside the borders of Canada, nor transmit any AHS data in Canada to any party not specifically contemplated in this Agreement, without AHS’s prior written consent to each such data transmittal, which consent may be arbitrarily and unreasonably withheld.

  • Safety and Security Contractor is responsible for maintaining safety in the performance of this Contract. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with the District’s rules and regulations pertaining to safety, security, and driving on school grounds, particularly when children are present.

  • Background Screening and Security 13 These General Contract Conditions supersede and replace in their entirety all General Contract Conditions, Form PUR 1000, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 60A-1.002, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.)
