Dues Deduction Forms. The Employer agrees to deduct monthly dues from the pay of Officers who individually sign voluntary check-off authorization forms supplied by the Association which shall include the following statement: "I, the undersigned, hereby authorize the to deduct from my wages each and every month my Association dues of dollars ($ ) and direct that such amount so deducted be sent to the Treasurer of the Association for and on my behalf." This authorization shall be valid for the term of this contract or for one (1) year, whichever is less. This authorization shall be renewable in writing by giving notice to the Employer on or before January 1st. This authorization is revocable upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Employer and the Association.

Dues Deduction Forms. The Union will furnish the Business Office with a dues deduction form from each teacher granting the school district permission to make the necessary dues deduction. These forms are to be submitted two weeks prior to the first deduction. Dues deductions shall remain in effect until such time as written notice is received from the union to stop union dues deductions.

  • Dues Deductions 47. Dues deductions, once initiated, shall continue until the authorization is revoked in writing by the employee.
