DURATION OF PERFORMANCE. 1The Supplier is obliged to commence the implementation of the Works immediately after this Agreement goes into force and becomes effective (date of the commencement of work) and to finish and hand over the Duly Completed Works to the Client no later than on 31.03.
DURATION OF PERFORMANCE. This agreement shall be in effect, from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027, but may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties for a period to be determined.

With the exception of the deadline for starting the process of accepting the Works, a change in the work schedule is only possible on the basis of an entry in the construction log, with which both Parties shall express their written consent. 2.2 The deadline for completing the Works shall be reasonably extended without applying sanctions in the event that the Supplier can prove that the delay was the fault of circumstances beyond its responsibility or was the fault of the Client. Extending the deadline for completing the Works is only possible in the form of an addendum to the Agreement.

If UJC is forced to cancel, all monies (including £90 deposit) will be refunded in full. If the Employer cancels with at least 24 hours notice, UJC will retain £90 and return any other monies. 3. Should poor weather mean that the Event takes place indoors, UJC will refund £10 expenses. 4. Performers will not consume any alcohol until after completion of services as agreed. 5. CCD will be responsible for compensation to UJC for damage to equipment caused by those attending the Event unless damage is caused when (if) Performers have left equipment unguarded. 6. UJC will be liable for any injury sustained by a guest at the Event if such injury results from provision of services as agreed upon in this contract unless the Event fails to provide a suitable area for performance.

  • Excuse of Performance Seller shall not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to failure or interruption of computer or telecommunication systems, acts of God, war, riot, fire, terrorism, labor trouble, unavailability of materials or components, explosion, accident, compliance with governmental requests, laws, regulations, orders or actions, or other unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond Seller's reasonable control. In the event of such delay, the time for performance or delivery shall be extended by a period of time reasonably necessary to overcome the effect of the delay.

  • Monitoring of Performance Vendor shall continuously monitor and record its performance to ensure that all of Vendor's responsibilities and obligations hereunder are being met and fulfilled. Citizens may conduct programmatic and other administrative contract monitoring during the term of this Agreement. The purpose of this monitoring is to ensure that all of Vendor's responsibilities and obligations are being met and fulfilled. Such monitoring may include on-site visits, report reviews, invoice reviews, compliance reviews, and a review of any other areas reasonably necessary. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that Citizens may also monitor and record Vendor Staff communications to the extent they occur within or are connected to any Citizens’ resource, such as electronic or telecommunications systems.
