Duties of Employees. Employees are required to work in a skilful and competent manner, and to exercise due care in performance of their duties. This includes: - (i) Employees shall perform the duties reasonably required of them, provided that they are within their skill, professional trade or other training, classification and competence. (ii) Employees are required to comply with reasonable and lawful directions associated with the performance of their duties.
