Duties of the Council. The Council agrees to provide matching grants to Recipient to employ an intern at XXXXX. The grant will be issued to Recipient and not directly to the intern. The intern is not an employee of the Florida Airports Council, and the Council is not responsible for supervision of the intern.
Duties of the Council. 5.1 The duties of the Council are to:
(a) review the land and resource management systems of each Party;
(b) review and develop any proposed changes to the systems described in subsection (a), including:
(i) any associated legislative, policy or organizational changes that are necessary to further the purpose and objectives listed in section 2.1; and
(ii) the manner in which revenues from lands and resources are generated;
(c) address legislative requirements for benefit agreements relating to resource development;
(d) without limiting subsections (b) and (c), review and develop any proposed changes to the legislation that the GNWT is required to substantially mirror on the Transfer Date pursuant to the Devolution Agreement, including the development of new resource management legislation;
Duties of the Council. We will ensure that you are able to occupy the garage without interruption or interference from us for the duration of your tenancy, so long as you comply with the responsibilities of your tenancy agreement. On occasion we may need to contact you in order to carry out maintenance or repairs to the garage block. We will repair the structure and exterior of the garage which includes the roof, main walls, doors, floor, main timbers, gutters, paintwork and locks. In the event of serious damage we will need to decide whether or not the garage should be repaired.
Duties of the Council. The Council agrees to provide an 80/20 matching grant in the amount of up to $4,000 to Recipient to employ an intern at XXXX Airport. The grant will be issued to Recipient and not directly to the Intern. The Intern is not an employee of the Florida Airports Council and the Council is not responsible for supervision of the Intern.
Duties of the Council. 6.1 The Conference is held under the auspices of the Council. The Secretariat servicing the Council is provided by Transparency International (TI)
Duties of the Council. The Council shall have the following duties:
10.3.1 Recommend amendments to the Board Rules;
10.3.2 Meet at least three times per year as further specified in the Board Rules.
10.3.3 In coordination with the Agency Director, prepare, discuss, and adopt an annual budget for presentation to the Board of Directors for Board ratification or remand.
10.3.4 Every five years, recommend a Strategic Plan for Board adoption.
10.3.5 Annually, review and recommend revisions to the User Fee formula for Board adoption.
10.3.6 Provide discussion items for the Board of Directors Agenda as desired.
10.3.7 Make recommendations to the Board of Directors as desired.
Duties of the Council. 16.1 Without in any way limiting or derogating from the powers, authorities, discretions and immunities available to Council, whether under any statute or at law or otherwise, the Council shall exercise it duties under this Agreement including the following:
(a) to establish, when necessary, the selection committee;
(b) to confirm the selection committee’s selection of Trustees;
(c) to consider when received from the Trustees each recommendation to purchase Land, Minerals and Improvements;
(d) to assist, when necessary, with the reserve creation process;
(e) ensure the Trustees are appointed as the directors of the Holding Corporation;
(f) work with the Trustees to develop an Investment Policy;
(g) to review the monthly and audited financial statements provided to the Council pursuant to subsection 13.2(d);
(h) to ensure that all reports concerning the Trust that are provided by the Trustees to Council, are available for inspection by the Members at the administrative office of the First Nation;
(i) as soon as is reasonably possible after the end of each of the First Nation’s fiscal years, to have prepared a statement of receipt and uses of funds deposited to the Revenue Account for the prior fiscal year and shall have such statement presented to the Members. A copy of such statement shall be provided to any Member upon request;
(j) to approve of and if necessary, amend the Trust’s annual operating budgets;
(k) to retain any advisors necessary to assist the Council in carrying out their obligations under this Agreement; and
(l) any other duties and responsibilities ancillary to the operation of this Agreement

(i) any associated legislative, policy or organizational changes that are necessary to further the purpose and objectives listed in section 2.1; and

(c) address legislative requirements for benefit agreements relating to resource development;
(d) without limiting subsections (b) and (c), review and develop any proposed changes to the legislation that the GNWT is required to substantially mirror on the Transfer Date pursuant to the Devolution Agreement, including the development of new resource management legislation;
(e) develop protocols to ensure that the management of Public Lands and resources and rights in respect of Waters is consistent with the duties associated with the honour of the Crown, including the duty to consult and where appropriate accommodate;
(f) provide a forum for information sharing and discussion of interests of the Parties in connection with the Canada-NWT Post Devolution Resource Development Cooperation Arrangement, to ensure that the interests of the Aboriginal Parties are considered under that arrangement;
(g) provide a forum for discussion regarding the review contemplated at section 3.18 of the Devolution Agreement respecting the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act;
(h) provide a forum for discussion on any future transfers of powers and authorities from Canada to GNWT related to the control of public lands, water and the disposal of waste; and
(i) carry out any other activities related to the foregoing, as may be agreed by the Parties.
Duties of the Council. 7.1 The Council shall, for as long as this Agreement remains in force unless prevented or impeded by legislation, court order, regulation or statutory body:
7.1.1 ensure that the Sites are selected and access thereto provided to the Concessionaire as soon as possible following the execution of this Agreement;
7.1.2 promptly inform the Concessionaire of any matter, which to the knowledge of the Council, is likely to be relevant in relation to the use or erection of the Advertising Structures and/or Public Amenities;
7.1.3 without obligation, hear and consider any suggestion of the Concessionaire in relation to the erection and location of any Advertising Structures or and/or Public Amenities; and
7.1.4 to the extent permitted by law, provide all assistance and co-operation to the Concessionaire so as to facilitate the performance by the Concessionaire of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement including, without limitation, provide full assistance and co-operation in connection with any consents, licences, authorisations or other permissions which are necessary or desirable in relation to the installation, maintenance and removal of the Advertising Structures and/or the Public Amenities.
Duties of the Council. Under the Education and Skills Act 2008, Surrey County Council has statutory duties in relation to young people aged between 16-18, or up to 25 where an EHCP is in pace. The Council must make arrangements to establish:
